How much time does it take to do Yogasanas? I do Surya Kriya and It takes me 9 mins for 1 cycle it should take 21 so I wanted to pick up Yogasanas but unsure because of the timing

Yes akka, original rudraksh.
But the mala that i got is just plastic. There is no authenticity certificate neither they listen us on customer care plus no return service , and we r not even allowed to share our comments on their application as customer review. I wasn't expecting this with such a brand. I myself was a student of inner engineering but this disturbs me alot

I heard from an other youtuber that in volunteering very difficult tasks are given. I so much wanted to go (my aim is becoming lifetime volunteer) but got frightened and got into doubt whether I shld go or drop. Kindly answer, are there such difficult tasks that would fail us and send us back.
Anna, just go for short term volunteering and see for yourself.
If u ask me, they give tasks according to one's physical and mental ability.
And one can also give feedback and they will change the task if it's hard for you.
I stayed for three months.
Most of the time they took care of me.

Besides English, what is the other language that you are speaking? And is it like a custom of your people to mix those two languages? I recommend you mention in the title the language that you mostly use in the video, otherwise English speakers click it and find themselves not understanding most of what you say.

@@thebangaliyogi If people have pet dogs,where do they put them while they are at the ashram? I remember Sadhguru saying he wanted his experience to reach the world. I would love to help set up and work a dog sitting compound at Isha Tennessee. There are many many who have dogs or cats but they are the only ones who can watch them and can't pay for a dog sitter. And they also want to see their babies so they can't be at the ashram while their baby is away with a stranger

When in Isha Coimbatore, I want to do a mix of participating in the programs (such as yoga asana, shoonya intensive), and volunteering including at the Dhayanalinga.
My question is about accommodation - I have heard that one needs to carry a sleeping bag when living at the dormitory? is there any paid accommodation nearby or do you have to have a vehicle to get any accommodation nearby? Thank you
