Sadhanapada is a 7 Months Free Residential program offered by Sadhguru at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.
The program is designed for one to foster their Spiritual Growth.

If you have done inner engineering then you can do volunteering for as long as you want.

I am not really sure about this whether they accept foreign currency via cards, but in cash they only take Indian Rupees

You can
But they are not organised by Sadhanapada itself.
You will have to do it by yourself.
But in Sadhanapada, the schedule does not allow to do Angamardana.
Though people do it, atleast for me it is not possible. You have to wake up too much early and as Sadhanapada progresses, more sadhana gets added.
Can i directly do sadhanapada after doing inner engineering without doing advanced program?

No you don't get to meet him.

One thing is, I have heard from many women that after they start doing all the hatha yoga and kriya yoga practices, their periods are very much less painful or even painless.
But still if you find it uncomfortable, you can go to the ashram clinic, they will see the situation and prescribe you bed rest if necessary.

It's not the same with everyone. Actually there's nothing like tough and easy, you just have to be 100% honest with it. If they see the longing within you, they will definitely select you

SADHANAPADA is a free program, us program mein aapke personal expenses hote hain vo aapko bear karne padenge.
Rehna, khana and Jo kuch bhi SADHANAPADA ke under hota hai vo sab free hota hai.
Now obviously they will not take care of ALL THE EXPENSES YOU WILL MAKE WHICH INCLUDES ADVANCED PROGRAMS.
Advanced programs Sadhanapada ka part nahi Hain. And baaki or bhi processes jo ashram offer karta h vo Sadhanapada ka part nahi Hain.
Ab ye aapke upar hai aap kitna kharcha karte ho kitna nahi karte ho.
