Code-named “Operation Overlord”, the Normandy Invasion took the German Army by surprise, as Allied soldiers stormed the beaches of “Utah”, “Omaha”, “Gold”, “Juno” and “Sword”. The weather was appalling, but by bravely taking the initiative, the Allies were able to liberate France and march towards Berlin and victory.

54:55 I caught the SAS motto spoken right here I highly doubt it was that at the time but since they were created during the North Africa campaign o do feel it’s appropriate for the matter although it was an American operation with American material with mostly American soldiers and the rangers were the only operations deployed that day so on second thoughts no it isn’t appropriate and shouldn’t be spoken in this video I think you ruined this content by doing so and for those who know what it means would agree wrong place wrong time
