You can tell an elephant's mood by its ears. When elephants are happy Ears will flutter back and forth. When in a bad mood Or you are wondering about something, your ears will be steady and not flickering. If you experience such symptoms Stop your actions and take a step back. But for elephants in Thailand It has learned to be friendly to people. Because they know you are the one who feeds them. And the caretakers select elephants with good personalities for you to get up close and personal with.

It reminds when I was in high school with the summer off, I worked as a volunteer at a animal sanctuary that included elephants. Feeding and taking care of them. I'd get a bit chicken'd out, eating chickie-bird at almost every meal, truth be told. I wonder if any other meats are on offer.
When my folks backpacked in scorpion-country in America, they HAD to check their sneakers (sneaks) and and other shoes for creepy crawlies nestling inside them come the start of each day, after leaving them out at night.

How did you folks find the Elephant Hills resort, or come by knowing about it? I always marvel at what you two UN-earth and where you manage to stay. Do you find what you do on your own or ... do you have reliable sources?
And, 21:40 Guys, what are you eating? The food looks too good not to partake of it, right along with you.
And, again at 28:02, what are we dining on? It all looks so tasty, really.

If you stay in Khoa Sok in different time of the year, you will see different amazing things, like seeing wild bulls, elephants, pigs, world's biggest flowers, climb water fall, hike in deep junkle, to name afew. In summary, pls revisit Khao Sok in different seasons.
