Habits I had changed but again fell back into bad ones , but now I am going into it being more stronger and habits I want to build again are : early morning waking up, exercise , meditation , focused work /study time slots and self control .the habits are the systems which take us forward in life. I want to think for it atleast 5 times before doing certain thing . Before getting to the final decision I want to be sure of about it so that I don't regret later . I hope I will change my habits đŻ

I have been working on a habit to watch something valuable whenever I am free like immediately after coming from office on CZcams like Different podcasts & videos be it indian or even I have started watching international ones also to broaden my mindset. Along with that reading every day before going to bed & before going to office in the morning. I am also working on physical health but frequently miss out the morning walk routine but consistently maintaining the habit of healthy & aware eating.. thanku sir for making this video you have explain in a very easy manner, sir I have a habit of using mobile phone 2 years back I permanent deleted my social media accounts but i m facing major addiction of watching movies, web series, porn, sleeping in day time for 3 hours, and using mobile phones on average of 5-6 hours on daily basis I have tried to converted these habit into good habit but i get success for a short time only and again I shifted towards these activities because of that i have lost many opportunities over the last few years and before one month of final exam I shifted towards this bad habit again and at that time my watching movies, web series time has increased to 8-10 hours a day I don't know what to do but you have explain the mechanism of the brain in a very easy manner after watching this video I again work on my skills and i will definitely try to remove these bad habits and try to work on good habit.
I love this video very much this is pure truth and after watching this video's i am trying to leave some bad habits slowly slowly it's not a one day task but I m sure I will leave all bad habits one day i am addictive of smoking much eating but I am not using my time in best way and not using maximum potential of my strength. I have also watched so many video's on changing habits and being a better person but it firstly to know yourself and mainly implementation because i used to only think of doing things but taking no action not gonaa help you you have to control your mind you must be self aware about what you are doing making an hour dairy really helped meâ€
