  • Mushroom farms are springing up in Singapore, and the latest one by Finc Bio-Tech is bringing in expertise on automation and artificial intelligence to boost crop yield. This means double the yield, better quality, and mushrooms that could be cheaper. To be built on a land parcel at Sungei Tengah Close that is the size of three football fields, the farm is expected to meet more than a third of local demand for white button mushrooms. The Singapore Food Agency said there are about seven mushroom farms in Singapore. Rebecca Metteo reports.

Maybe better to grow it on ships out in the ocean.
    And export directly.

    Many bacteria can grow inside.

Mushroom are great for FLAVOUR. It is mostly fiber with little nutrients.
Great for a HEALTHY MEAL. Some recipe can contain 1. One inch Shrimp, 2. Poultry egg, 3. Cherry tomatoes, 5. Cucumber, 6. Lettuce can be essily promoted to 1/6 of the meals in Singapore.
Another meal set can be 1. Mushrooms, 2. French beans, 3. Sausage, 4. Tapas using tubers
Or others recipe to feed another 1/6 meals.
We then work on the 4/6 meals via stockpile grain (wheat, corn, rice, tuber flour), stockpile cold store meat, and look into increasing the capacity of barge aquaculture, pv powered vertical farms.
Good show, SFA new CEO, Mr. CHAN & MoEnv & Sust. Ms. Fu.
(We have a lot of knowhow especially from Cantonese intensive farming & Fujien caged Aquaculture. We just need leadership to create the pilot plants, so entrepreneurs can take advantage)
    好!
    大田 projects.
