1. Negative Reps (After failure create another 2 reps controlling the negative portion - spotter needed)
2. Rest Pause (Rest 10 seconds after your set and do another 6 reps)
3. Slow eccentric reps
4. Half reps
5. Supersets (Compound --> Isolation)

its called negative reps. a lot of noobs don’t know this sht but this is where you best feel the burn. do a burnout with negative reps and with 3 sec holds and trust me, you’ll beat your plateau

@@DonPascquale hes right. The technical term for it is called T.U.T or Time Under Tension. The longer a muscle spends time under tension (resistance) the greater the gains. Because of the muscle being place under tension for a period of time for multiple reps.

@@Fahad-369 Yes!! Calisthenics must utilize T.U.T. For it to be an effective training modality. Regular, as well as advanced. The advanced form just takes things up a notch. A perfect example of that is Hershal Walker. Calisthenics executed at that frequency and intensity will allow you to make gains without lifting weights.
