As per my experience Elco's panipuri is a hype ....I have eaten way better panipuris at other places , no doubt it's one of the hygienic place to eat panipuri but not the best Panipuri....

Mumbai food is very serious. All foods are extremely tasty. Once you are habitutated then you cannot leave mumbai. You have to live and die in mumbai. You cannot shift to Kerala. I in kerala do not eat anything outside. I have no taste in any food in kerala since i am habituated to mumbai food. My health is deteriorating I have become very weak. I do not eat anything. I think my life span has reduced due to change in food. It is so much serious. (vada pav, misal pav, ragada pattice, pav bhaji, pani puri, sev puri, bhel, rice plate lunch, vada sambar, dabeli, usal, bread pattice, sandwich) etc All these food you do not get outside mumbai. If you get then it is not very tasty as in mumbai
The king of vadapav is none other than Bhau Vadapav of Bhandup. Gajanan vadapav is good but can't compete the King. Please note I have spent 6 years in Thane & only 1 year in Bhandup.
