U forgot Rajubhai Dosawala from Yogi Nagar and Mangesh Vadapav from Babhai (both in borivali west). In borivali east there is sandwich stall nr. Kasturba Police station, it also serves good sandwiches.

I am resident of Borivali, I have tried all these places, some of the places are really good, but not all, the mexican style cheese puri is the worse thing I tasted in my life plus got dysentery for a day. also the pav bhaji place that you mentioned doesn't taste great either, there are many other places which are much better and not included in the list. like BBC, Food Adda, Rabdi wala etc.
