Hey, didn't you get food poisoning in India?
Something that's touching, besides the food, is how they've all come to Mumbai in search of a better life, and are actively working to find it. God bless them.
that too doing something different and trying to be unique. That requires balls
Yeah I was thinking that too.
And mumbai people break there stalls and beat them up this is so sad
@@Babumoshai.. yeah.. they work hard and some random Mumbai-an person comes and keeps saying random stuff then punches and knocks down the sauces and spices and stuff. Reality is often disappointing.
And the fact that apart from making a living, they also want to make a difference 🙌🔥
I’m a heavy meat eater, but I wouldn’t have a problem going vegetarian in India because of how amazing their veg dishes are 😍😍
Come to India. Will be amazed with the level of cullinary diversity, where the flavours & spices changes every single kilometre.
But don't miss out on the non-vegetarian dishes here... they're just as good.

The best food doesn't have to come from a 5-star restaurant or cooked by a high classed chef, sometimes all it needs is simplicity, a creative mind, a stall around the corner, and different flavors...
Yeaa 👏
Well said
I've noticed it's like that most of the time.
except we can assure that 5-star restaurants are hygienic , not saying the stalls aren’t .
It's called street food for very much that reason, Genius.

India is heaven for vegetarians 😍😍
And for people who would love to get sick from food poisoning
@@darthvader3910 not really, I've never had food poisoning in my entire life, but yes, you have to be careful about the hygiene while eating street food.

You can still use a normal pan to make Dosa.

I have been to Indian restaurants in Western countries ...
They are nowhere near to our Street food taste .. they change everything , kind of spices , amounts of spices , their shape , making it look fancy !!! 😑

Nice, specially the sandwich. Awesome ideas.
Props to GBS for finding and showing these street food spots. They are all incredibly creative dishes.
Okay first of all , LOVED the video.
It was the simplicity with which all of this was presented. And India as a culture is infinitely complex to portray and this video has done a very good job at doing that.
And previously i dunno why i used to think that these street vendors are just trying to be wannabees by creating such fusion food. Little did i realize that it was my own insecurity that can accept fancy food only from a fancy fucking restaurant.
Ever since i have been over that pretentious part of me or atleast i hope so and have been enjoying all kinds of street food all over India and i hope everyone who is watching this video does too.
Fusion Indian Street Food is great.
Thank you Great Big Story for making my India proud.♥️

Mumbai has special love for pav, for breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner. With red chutney, with green chutney, with orange chutney, all day round pav and pav
No man as an mumbaikar I know what we eat in the morning. Upama, Pohe, Thalipeeth, Shira sometimes or just roti & sabji. We keep our breakfast simple. That Pav pav thing din bhar khane ki chiz nahi hai even we know that it's not good for your stomach lol. You seems to be talking about Vada pav which is usually considered a snack to be eaten in the evening but mostly people it any time of the day as per availability.
