YO! Happy to bring you another one of these. I've had such a great response from the first one and so glad many of you decided to grab a copy for yourselves! It shows how committed you are and I think is a great step towards keeping the art of magic on course with today's technology. Using CZcams to refer books, ha!
Thanks again for all the love, guys. Comment below, I'll be responding while I can...

Chris, I am an amateur magician. I don't really plan on going pro. I just like the art and enjoy preforming some basic tricks for my kid and his friends (my kid's got a magician for a dad. How cool is that? :)
Anyway I really enjoy your videos. You teach people a little about tecnique and a lot about attitude. It comes to prove you can make videos to teach young magicians without revealing major secrets.
I just wanted to congratulate you on your videos and your attitude. You've been doing this for so long and you still seem like a kid with a new toy, which shows just how much you love magic. You're not in it for the money and that is refreshing and inspiring (we all have to eat and all, but your love for the craft seems to be your main motivation).
In sum, thank you for the time you devote to magic and for sharing it all with us. You're an inspiration to a lot of people and I know you don't take that lightly.

The illusion went perfect.
Oh my god, is this it? A color change I can finally do without worrying about my hand size?
There are plenty of colour changes you can do with small hands. I have small hands and do things like the Shapeshifter/Pirouette change, the Twirl Change, The Paintbrush Top Change, the Snap Change, the Classic/Erdnase Change, and more. I'm also trying to perfect my snap change and Duck Change. Those are all easy with small hands.
Not to mention, you can easily invent your own colour changes by modifying, creating, or using moves that you know.
The only area you can possibly find a problem with is that if your hands are so small that you cannot reach the opposite corners of a card with your thumb and middle finger (diagonally), you might have trouble with the Pirouette and Twirl Changes, and possibly the Classic Colour Change as well.
no its a color change that you need big hands or small hands actually you just need hands
sedimental yow you should look up Chris his stiletto change tutorial it's also easy to learn and doesn't really require huge hands ✌️
Size doesn't matter. At least that's what I have been told.
If you have a small hands like me mines pretty small not to small but just a tiny bit get the bridge size bicycle standards or rider backs don't matter this will differently help you.
When I grow up, I want to be just like you.
No. Be better
No be yourself
I love that you inspire people to read books!
I always learned from books and they never got much attention. You show how great they can be.
Love these videos, been eagerly awaiting the notification of a new video from you so I can learn as much as I can, I've gotten some cool responses doing a few simple tricks at school! Thanks so much!
Hey Chris! I've been a HUGE fan of yours when you started intagram. I was one of the first few followers! I REALLY ADMIRE on the stuff you do. Like I planning to get your eye triangle with tears tatted soon on my arm!
I am to a Magician and I get my inspiration from you, also I had a recent stroke like three months ago. And so it basically destroyed my hands for awhile. ☹️ until like next year. But yeah man, I LOVE your videos and tutorials. KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK and post more AWESOME content! And I do wish I get to meet you one day! Have a fucking awesome day man!
Love your vids :D! You're amazing! Greetings from germany😄
Danke!

I have just started my journey with card magic and I must say that yours videos are giving me a lot of useful information that I can use to increase myself. Thank you and I can't wait until the next video.
I love Chris' new style of picking a trick out of a specific resource and teaching it to kinda give a view of its contents. Dope.
Absolutely love the knights deck. It is by far my favourite. I carry mine around everywhere I go. It's getting beat up so bad. Can't wait for the next run of decks. May just have to grab a brick
Stay tuned....
if you grab with the pointer on the bottom you can push it back in and take only their card which works pretty well
I will fight u
I am really late on this video but I wanted to leave some love.
I am a complete newbie to magic, only started two weeks ago. I grabbed a copy of the Royal Road to Card Magic book after watching many of your tutorials.
I started in magic to find something I could do for my kid when she is older and something to practice with friends and family but you got me hooked in to card magic and now all I want is to practice all the time and get better handling of the cards.
Thanks again! 🇨🇦🍁
Thanks dude for this color change trick. I can really use this in my daily routine. Really love the positivity and good nature of this Channel. Keep up the good work
i am glad i am subed to you thank you
please review art of astonishment :') the absolutely must have I think
Thijz who's it by?
Paul Harris writes the Art Of Astonishment Series
MEMES Paul Harris :') a true legend
Got all three think I'll have to study them again ! There's a brilliant linking card effect and also a signed business card effect where it ends up folded in a match box which they been holding superb!
this is the video ive been looking for so long ! ive need a book that starts from scratch and makes sense because youtube just has me looking into the future too much at things i cant do yet ! thank you Chris Ramsey you legend !!
I thought it was just a camera trick. You perform everything so well and cleanly
my mom was lurking behind me whilst i was watching the intro and she said "wow that is some cool camera effect" i just thought that was funny
#RAMFAM
Totally awesome just wish there was a way to come away clean with one card
B's Magic Tricks there are some methods where you can ditch the card fairly easily. I'm thinking about it right now. Quite a few different possibilities
B's Magic Tricks an easy clean up i like to use with this color change is taking the 2 cards and putting them on the top of the deck face down - so you have their card as 2nd again. then take the top card slide it in the middle and then you have their card clean solo on top of the deck ready for a nice finish and examination
B's Magic Tricks When you pick the card after the change simply only pick the changed one and push the other card back with another finger.
Definately gunna use dat
Nick M. yep, i just tried this, i use the index finger of the hand taking the card to push the card underneat back a bit and the index finger of the hand holding the deck to pull it back rest of the way (after its pushed their card out). I think with a little practice I’ll be able to do it super smoothly and quickly.
Hey, been watching your channel for a while now and these little ticks are awesome, super easy to learn with a little time spent. My boys 7 and he gets a real kick out of them, its enjoyable to be able to give him that "magic" feeling. thank you.
I really enjoy when you teach tricks from old magic books. I own most of the books but it's really nice to see the moves being taught again here on youtube.
-- ''me'' waiting for him to explain the trick -- ''Now lets jump into it.."
-- Ad pops up ---- ''me'' facepalms --
Does anybody know the card trick where you hold two cards in a hand and make one appear in between them. Chris does this trick a lot and I've been looking for tutorial on it for awhile.
None ya Business maybe Iskabibble sandwich from Eric Jones
None ya Business normal sandwich trick
C3 change I think
fly
They teach a trick with this effect in "How to be a Magician" on Ellusionist. Their amazing huge set of tricks taught by Chris Ramsay, Brad Christian, Adam Wilber, and Peter Mckinnon, some of the most amazing magicians of the Ellusionist team, short only Daniel Madison, and Lloyd Barnes. Not only does it include over 30 great tricks and flourishes, but if you buy the full set, it also comes with a box of props and a whole extra DVD/download for tricks to do with them as well.
Nice colour change Chris! Whilst watching this I've already thought of a few applications for it!
Keep up the good work! Looking forwards to the next video
Super Stoked about this!! I love that you are giving out physical media for people to learn with. I want to be able to take this out with me to the store or to hang out...rather than be on my phone trying to learn things...I have a physical copy something away from technology to learn with!

Something that I don't see many people saying, but your videos are edited superbly. The music, cuts, ect. are very well done. And the content always on point.
Just found this channel today, and it is awesome! I think this would be a really good addition to any ambitious card trick routine. Thanks!
Chris! I love your channel and you message. I already knew this color change but couldn't help from warhj g this video per and over just from the beautiful cinematography! Thanks for being my inspiration!
Love the way you review the books at the beginning of these great format.
Hi Chris, Scott here from Australia. I am 32 and for some strange reason have just developed this interest in card magic. Really enjoying all of you videos, thanks!
When you give us something this simple and let us work out the rest, it gives us a reason to keep practicing. sometimes, less is more. Thanks!
You're probably the most underrated magic youtuber. Amazing quality, great tricks, just awesome all over
The Royal Road to Card Magic was my first magic instruction. Glad you plugged that. The language in the book is awesome too.
I'm glad you are doing this. Hope you keep the series going. I have bought a few books just from this kinda of video. Kinda like a teaser.
this is so cool! thanks for all ur help mr. ramsay! it really means a lot when u explain it really clearly.. for a 15 year old just starting out its really helpful when people like you upload awesome vids like this
Hey Chris, your videos are awesome I actually bought another book you suggested in another video and I am loving it! This video was great as always, Thanks again!
Your videos are some of the best! I really appreciate it all.
Love it! just saw it pop up during my study and just grabbed my cards, high five from Belgium!
Wow, that was amazing, ive been doing magic for a few months, almost a year now and that just blew me away, it was extremely simple and easy to learn as well! Good job Chris

Fantastic fella, started learning card magic about 2 months ago by accidently coming across "how to control cards like a pro, thought id click on it and loved the old school martial dubbing and got me hooked and havent stopped watching ever since.
Peace out from england👍
Families getting pissed off with me now cause i've always got a deck of cards in my hand and dropping them every where.
I really enjoy the ease of using the finger nail to push that card. This is very simple, and I love it! It feels great with this new deck of Knights I got today *cough*. Love the deck by the way, this is my first one, I literally just opened it right before I saw this upload.
This is great. This is one color change I'm adding to my Arsenal. Thanks for showing it man!
I remember reading this and thinking it wouldn't look good. thanks for teaching the classics, it's nice to see them in your format.
Absolutely awesome mechanic. I'm working on figuring out how to do it without nails, I just trimmed them. I did get it on the first go though.
I teach magic more than I perform, and this is a great one to get someone going, and also a great trick to get into color changes.
btw, you can always take the two cards to the top of the deck, and put their selected card into the middle of the deck, or so it seems, as you reveal that it is still on the top.
Never seen this before..and it completely fooled me and ive been doing magic for years..thank you so much Chris.
love your stuff.
This is a gorgeous color change that I've never seen, thank you for sharing it and its source. I plan to buy that book right now, also want to learn that false cut you did as well. You're the best Chris!
Chris never disappoints, Keep it up bro. I always love watching your vids
hey Chris Ramsay, you've been such an inspiration to me, even though I'm not very good at card tricks, I always look forward to watching your videos. I think you have one of the greatest personalities, keep on making videos :)
Love the simplicity of this. Thanks!
I'm looking forward to your mentalism trick and book! I really want to get into mentalism, but haven't found a way to seriously branch out. Can't wait to see where you point us!
I really enjoy watching your videos and I must say it's nice to see someone promoting magic books! They hold the real secrets and are sadly neglected by many modern magicians. Would love to see a "Top 5 Books Video". Thanks for the vid!
As an aspiring magician, your vids have been so much help man! This is an amazing trick!!!
I love color changes and im just starting and you are the best teacher here man i love your videos thank you for everything you do 👍
Nice stuff Chris. Keep it coming. Thanks for the time and effort you put into these videos.

another solid video man. keep coming with the book recommendations. I picked up a copy of expert card technique and will definitely look for the Royal Road to card magic. thanks for the info.
looks awesome, a little difficult for me but practice makes perfect. I really dig that you're crediting sources. not something a lot of others are doing and it really good. keep the videos coming!
Really enjoyed this episode! I just got started looking into card magic, so this video came out perfectly timed, thanks! Keep up the amazing work! Greetings from germany
Your video’s are so awesome! Thank you very much. Please keep ‘em coming!!
Great! I really lime this format, I'm a real begginer and thia kind of helps me to get direction on where I should drive my learning process
Thanks for the tips Chris, I've gone and bought Card Manipulations, Expert at the Card Table, Expert Card Technique and now Royal Road to Card Magic and a box of bicycle cards. Slowly getting better but so much to learn !!!!!!!
No one is better than u Chris.i have seen many magic tricks but yours tricks are ridiculously cool
I like the change and I will probably read over it to get some more insight.
You are one of the magi I look up to :)
I seriously love that format. It's like the kick in the ass we all need. Magic is not only commenting on every video "please teach us this". We have to do our own stuff, our own research and come up with our own routine and tricks.
Some day I'll just drive by and drop you some beer. Any favorites?
I've been studying Royal Road for the past month and it is pure gold! I have so much fun performing Design for Laughter! the tricks from that book get amazing reactions!
I don't understand how people don't videos like this..Criss Ramsay you are just awesome
Thanks a lot for teaching this Amazing change to is Chris! I've been following this channel for a long time now..love your content :)

we are so lucky to have this great magician providing us with awesome content
Royal Road is an amazing book!! I've read the book cover to cover so many times!! I use stuff from it all the time and I love this color change, always gets good reactions!
I love that format keep doing that
Beautiful, yet simple change. Thanks Chris!
Sankey, Disturb Reality, Dynamo... The reason I keep coming here is that you're real. You seem like a solid guy that's honest and down to earth. You don't try to go over the top. Add in the comedy and your videos are so entertaining to watch. Siri does magic was one of my favourite videos. Keep this up. We all appreciate your dedication and hard work whether people say it or not. Come to Windsor! We need to get you here for a show.
This channel has changed my perspective on card magic very helpful 👍
Love this change this is the first time seeing it definitely adding it in my color change routine! So excited to master this new CC
These videos are great, I've learned so much more from the books then i would by just watching other random tutorials and it's great that you are showcasing some of the sleights from these books because sometimes it is hard to read the books and I need that visual to help but yeah thanks man keep it up
I love the format, and the book recommendations
I actually enjoyed your take on the Marlo Tilt more so than the color change.
I like seeing how you do the basics. I find your style to be very smooth and organic. I hope to see more like that!
You're the second magician I've started watching on CZcams, the first being Brian Brushwood. Definitely keep it up, man!
Alright, you convinced me! I just bought the Royal Road book, I'm too excited for it to come in on Saturday so I can start learning the real good stuff!
Thank you Chris! Love your videos man!
Thank you Chris to think about the beginner ! Because I've tried some trick you explain in your first tuto and it was sometime really difficult because they needed some bases and here is the bases then thank you to don't forget us ! And for the book ! And for everything !!
Thanks a lot for the suggestions and awesome card trick! Waiting for your next video !
Purchased the book. Can't wait to get into it and sharpen my basic skills!!
