Wow, I’d NEVER believe she’s only 18… acts, sounds, and looks way older.
As for the looks, I think it's just due to her makeup, which looks a bit heavy and dark.

You're lucky it worked out. Congrats. I got married at 18 but it lasted only 10 yrs. He ended up cheating on me with somebody much younger and left me & our 3 kids for her. Our youngest was only 13 weeks old at the time. They got married but it lasted only 2 years.

As with every marriage, regardless of the age when you are married. And sometimes a spouse can be hiding their true colors that can come up even after years of marriage.
Getting divorced isn’t anything to be ashamed of! They don’t need to work hard they need to just still be in love.

My son turn 18 this March and he still collects his transformers lol. I can’t imagine him marrying that young. But then I again I got married at 22 and I was ready for it. My dress was a princess gown though lol. I looked even younger.

she seems very mature for her age, her fiance is adorable and they've clearly known each other a very long time. if this were a bad decision you would see it in their story or her behavior but no, if we hadn't been told her age i would have assumed she was close to a decade older! and she chose a lovely dress as well. i don't agree with the mom on the sleeves comment but the important thing is she found something everyone likes that makes her look like the grown woman she is.

"She's mature" - I agree, but maturity doesn't compensate for a lack of life experience. I was a "mature" 18yo too, but I was also absolutely clueless. At that age, we simply haven't lived long enough to be fully developed adults. I wish the bride all the very best - sometimes young marriages work great! But we don't need to pretend that age is meaningless.

For 1000s of years people were married younger than 18, it's only recently that society has said it's too young. People change no matter what age you are to make a marriage work you have to work at it and adjust to changes.

I've been with my husband since I was 18 and if he'd asked me to marry him then I would have said yes but I'm so glad we waited until we were more mature, had experienced more life together and were in a comfortable place in life.

Her own mother, gran and sister were with her. She had a lovely, calm, pretty confident manner about her and you can tell this was from her mum. I was scrolling through the CZcams feed and the still for this video of her in that dress immediately grabbed my attention! Not British, but I was gobsmacked! For me, that bodice is probably the loveliest I've ever seen on a wedding dress! I think the entire gown was a perfect, gorgeous blend of youthfulness and maturity for her. Don't have a name for it, but this video left me with the feeling that you have after you've seen something of real beauty.

She looked beautiful in the dress she chose. She looks like she could be in her twenties. I think her makeup and demeanor makes her seem older. Her fiance on the other hand looked very young. I personally wouldn't recommend getting married so young, but as adults it's really up to them. My sister was married at 18 and 33 years later is still married.

It was very normal to get married younger than 18 it was only in this 21 century when age divisions were set. Most children who are high school age were considered adults and married.
