GHANAIAN WOMAN TEACHES HOW TO MAKE A POPULAR SNACK |MUST TRY GHANAIAN FOOD RECIPES | GHANA FOOD
In this video, Selima a Ghanaian woman who sells a popular traditional Ghana snack around the market areas teaches us her Ghanaian recipe.
Fula originates from the northern part of Ghana and has become very popular within the greater Accra region. You will usually find women carrying it and selling it while hawking or you will find them in stands where ghanaian street food is sold as well.
I hope you enjoy xx

It’s amazing how there’s so so much work in making our food 🇬🇭 but whenever you ask if it’s lucrative, they say yes. They’re so content and happy with what they make out of it. 🥰. God bless them and thank you for sharing. You’re doing a great job.
Walking with the bucket on the head is so lovely to watch. I wish I could do that. It is really an art itself!!!!!
Sooooo after all that bloody hard work, the pounding, the sifting, the taking to the grinding machine etc etc; she THEN has to sell it on the street?!?! 😯😯😯 the strength of African women is constantly amazing me. 🥺🥺🥺🥺

Jasmine Jasmine Jasmine, we Ghanaians really enjoy ourselves when it comes to food "Fura"
We really do 😅
Is it Fura or Fula?
@@isabelladelaawudi6259Its "fura" but non Muslims usually pronounce it that way fula
@@KammaDyn what does it mean? I like it so I’d like to know the original of the name
@@isabelladelaawudi6259 I guess its from the items used in making it... I may be wrong.

@ Jasmine hello my lovely sister, Wow look at the handsome baby he's just adorable . you will be a lovely mother, & you're child , will be very well grounded an educating for sure.. much blessings to "our sister, she put in that hard work with the process of making food & that drink wow! ( Thank you for all ways sharing the hard working people of Ghana she deserve every penny for what she make & more. Much love from New Jersey, 💖
Cool vid 👍🏾.
I love Fula, had it a few times but didn’t realise how much manpower (or woman power to be precise) went into making them. I’m sure many people are thinking if only she had a powerful blender life would be so much easy. But like she says it doesn’t give the same texture an I think it would lose some of its authenticity. Eye opening content K
This video has good ASMR lol. I really enjoyed the video, and the baby is gorgeous!

First of my mum and I just spoke about making Fula yesterday and the steps involved and then I meet this on here!
Second, if this is Tema then I definitely know her. She sells the BEST FULA in Tema hands down. She’s usually around a hospital I frequent and ALWAYSSSS buy from her
