A late afternoon ride around Palm Coast City Center and a hidden trail on my Templar X. The more I ride this bike the more I like it, not perfect, but for the money it's a lot of fun.
Thanks for posting these Templar videos. I ordered an orange X model yesterday. Seeing your videos has me confident the bike will work just fine for my 8 mile commute to work down a gravel road. Just the gas savings alone will pay for the bike in the first year...not to mention the wear and tear on my car. Honestly it appears it has enough torque to even have a little fun on the side. That's cool the bikes give you a little "me" time away from responsibilities at home too. ✌
Hey what’s up how is the bike holding up for you guys. After diving into these chondas im up in the air about the Templar x and the Ssr 300 still not sure the Ssr cost so much more
I see a lot of posts about guys not having anywhere to go ride. There is hidden gems out there! Sometimes right under there nose. We ride a couple places locally that are quite large and few know they exist. Just have to keep it low key, no open pipes blazen down the straights at 60 and you'll be fine.
I just ordered some generic ones from Amazon, I had to tweek them a bit to get the right fit, but they worked good. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BJKLWC98/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Just get out and ride, I see opportunities when I'm riding that I never saw from our car. Looking is part of the fun, google maps is a great resource for finding riding areas. Any National or State Forest is a good place to look for riding areas.
I think the sound is one of the best things about this bike. Not to loud, but it has character. The motor is responsive and fun to ride, the suspension is kind of soft, very soft actually, but at the speed I ride it's not an issue.
how did you get that bike road legal? I also live in florida. I called powersport max, I was going to actually buy this one, or the titan 250... I didn't bought neither since the lady told me that they were "dirt bikes" and since not road legal, that some state would require a inspection, did you by any chance got any inspection or did your mco state as a motorcycle?
I had to call or e-mail them and ask for another MCO that stated only "MOTORCYCLE". The first time I went to my local DMV headquarters and they turned me down saying it could only be registered as a off road motorcycle. But I went the same day to a little branch office right around quitting time on a Friday and they registered it without a hitch. At one point the clerk asked me if this was a dirt bike, I told her it was a dual sport and was fully equipped and road legal. That satisfied her, there was no inspection required. I've heard from others on a forum that I joined of similar experiences, I think if you're persistent you can get it registered for the street. X-Pro Templar/Titan Owners is a pretty good Facebook group to get information from.
@@growell8832 that happened to me the first time i had a hawk 250, which was back in 2021, they sent me an MCO stating that the bike was a dirt bike, and not a motorcycle, then they re-sent it to me as a motorcycle. this time, instead of buying the bike and going to that hussle, i decided to call them ahead of time, and asked, she told me that the ones that didn't say street legal in the website, the MCO would come as dirt bike, so I didn't even bother, I'm happy for you, maybe if you could share where you registered, it would make it easier. it took me 3 different tag agencies in order to register the hawk 250. I ended up buying another 250 but this time the DLX. I really apprefciate your response. I've also subscribed to your channel
@@danielbruno2631 I went to DMV @ Flagler County Tax Collector 2525 Moody Blvd, Flagler Beach, FL 32136. I also bought my bike through X-Pro, I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but they were very co-operative. I had decided that if I couldn't get it licensed, I would just take off the lights and use it as dirt bike, but I'm glad I was able to get it licensed.
This thing rips... I got one... its impressive
Man I'm really digging these ride along videos. Keep 'em coming!
Thank you for the encouragement, I'll be posting some new videos soon.

Thanks for your comments, I think it will work out good for you. I've never ridden any gravel, but it does well in sand.

I don't have the X anymore, but it was running great the last time I rode it. I think it would be a good bike for a LONG TIME.@@slaverescuehound3440

Has anyone changed the motor & make a budget super Moto out of it?

Love the bike and videos! About how tall are you? I’m trying to decide if the bike will be big enough for my. I’m 6’2”. Ty!
I'm 5-11", the X is a tall bike so I think it would be a good fit. You may have to get bar risers to suit our personal style and comfort level.
@@growell8832 awesome. Ty for the info
you will run out... and when you do you got about 1-2 miles left on the other side
Are templars street legal in Texas
I don't know, I live in Florida.
@@growell8832 think you could find out?
