    Been using this video since 2015 I would not be able to function without it, id be very inflammed within it manages my chronic fatigue, i do about 4 videos of Coles in one sesdion 2x weekly, good to hear others are managing their health with this. 😃 Its nice and calming to move along to, feel like ive pressed body reset after.

    I have probably watched this 100 times or more. I have it memorized so I don't actually have to watch it if I want to do it. I use it so much...because I have had sciatica for years. This has helped me to manage it so that I rarely have pain or if I do, it is much less often. I recommend this to so many folks. I also have rarely ever commented in the past, but this video truly is my favorite.

      Thank you for your comment, I have sciatica too. I did tapping (eft) 3 years ago, it helped a lot, it diminuished the pain a lot but it came back these days, so I'm doing this class to help manage it :)

    I have dealt with low back pain for 3 years. Went to doctor and couldn’t find anything wrong. So I finally decided to do this just last week and holy heck is this a miracle drug. I owe this woman so much thanks.

    i have scoliosis and cole's yoga for back pain is the one and only exercise that has given me complete freedom from back pain. i have spent lots of money and time in physical therapy, it caused more pain. Doctors were ready to operate. WOW Cole saved me...thank you Cole

      It was only 2 days ago since I applied this back pain, MootBack.xyz however it already made some changes. Essential to prevent lower back pain. It was as expected. This will work naturally and gives the needed comfort even though I made use of it just lately..

    This is a great video that I try to do everyday. I have a bulging L5 disc that pinched my S1 nerve. I couldn't get out of bed or even stand up. The pain was excruciating and debilitating to where I was popping 6 to 8 Norcos a day. My doctors were no help either. They basically told me it's either an epidural shot in the back or surgery. Well that just wasn't acceptable to me. With the pain and advice from the doctors, if I wouldve accepted that, I would've spiraled into a depressive state. Which is easy to do with this type of injury. It's been 7 months since my injury and I have improved a lot just thru my chiropractor, acupuncture, acupressure, yoga, meditation (which I never used to do), inversion therapy. But most important was not giving up and maintaining a positive attitude, which is not easy but it can be done. Your body is amazing and has the power to heal itself from most ailments. One thing you have to know is these injuries take time, they really do. Many medical experts with different philosophies have all told me this. One other thing to keep in mind also, and this apparently common too. These types of injuries can feel like you're healing fast, then the healing slows down alot. During this period, i almost gave up because I thought I had plateaued in healing. Well I was wrong, your body will continue to heal, just at a slower rate. One more thing to remember, I also have bad posture and I'm sure that contributed to my disc ailment. Bad posture, for me at least, was not being helped by my extremely weak core muscles. If you have a weak core, your back will end up trying to keep you straight which is not the spine's job. You can have all the surgery in the world along with other treatments, if your core is weak, your spine will compensate for that. YOU HAVE TO STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE!!     Anyone else had a really good stretch from some of these and just automatically went "oh fuck yes that feels so good jesus" following curse words at the instructor after she wanted to move on to the next move.       That happened with me back in highschool, lol. The teacher was instructing us through stretches, and then my lower back cracked really loud. I ended up sounding like I had an orgasm, lol. Because of my size, I've had back pain on and off for a long time. It's gotten a bit better, since I started losing weight.

    Good lord, I didn't realize how tight my muscles were. I knew it was bad when my back extensor spasms started up AGAIN, but I didn't realize how much midterm studying was killing me.     Thanks a million. Great video. Please also add some exercises for neck. I was doing yoga in the past and pulled my neck bone out for somehow. Since then I'm really in pain and consistently feeling pins and needles which doctor said that I have damaged the nerves used for hands and shoulder.     I've been practicing in the morning using your videos for the last three weeks. ( I am a complete beginner)
    Its been very useful having half hour sessions as I can relax and focus without the worry of time before I head off to work. ( it really help with the stress of work)

      Hi Lisa, I'm no expert but I've been doing yoga for years and I find that the number of times to do a routine like this totally depends on your amount of pain and your free time. For me I find 1 deep session is more than enough for 1 day. And I rarely make the time for that. So for me I do some of my favorite pain-relieving stretches briefly when I wake up and when I remember, before bed. And that helps.
      My main suggestion if your new to it, is to take on as much as feels good for you. Overdoing it can lead to burnout or injury. Sometimes 4-5 minutes of nice stretches is all it takes to get on with your day in a better mood.

    hmm, very hard to attempt this with a cat constantly hanging around you, but she finally went to sleep so I could try it, it has helped my back and I feel much happier after this exercise. Thank you

    Thanks so much for this on a day that my back is giving me problems (sacral/heart chakra problems -_-). This flow is so great, not only to relieve pain, but also as a bedtime yoga routine :)

    Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! Im using Yoga for rehab following spinal surgery. I have an amazing teacher here in the UK but love YogaTX stuff too. This routine didn't just make the back feel better it made me feel better.
    A suggestion, If any of you are cyclists, I have is Yoga is great for cyclists and can make the rider more aerodynamic.

      Stuart Benney When god made internet comments, this is what he had in mind. I'm a cyclist who also just had spinal surgery. I felt amazing after this video and was wondering if anyone else did as well. Thank you for sharing, this made me more confident about doing these for rehab.
