One awesome actor named Sascha Baron Cohen went out into the real world pretending to be this crazy fashion designer named Bruno. He put together this film from all the reactions he got from real people as he traveled around the US and other parts of the world as this character. This movie is meant to offend some people but only to show how stupid those who stereotype and discriminate are. its genius. Does that help at all?

The Movie is INSANE!!! The wild part is the swinger's party and him getting beaten with a belt by a woman... Mr. Cohen is Outrageous!

I remember seeing this at the theater with my friends, and one of them was laughing so hard at that part where he was getting belted with that whip and fell, or jumped, out of that window. She could hardly breathe, she found it that hilarious. 😂

Storyline
Brüno is a gay Austrian fashion guru. He has his own fashion based television show, Funkyzeit, the most popular German-language show of its kind outside of Germany. After he disgraces himself in front of his Funkyzeit fan base, he is ruined in German speaking Europe. He decides that in his quest for worldwide fame, he will move to Los Angeles and reinvent himself. Accompanying him to the US is Lutz, his former assistant's assistant. Lutz is the only person left in his circle that still believes in Brüno's greatness. Brüno goes through one reinvention of himself after another, ultimately straying to areas far removed from his own self. Perhaps when Brüno finds an activity that he truly does love, he will also find that über-fame he so desperately desires.
