    Instead of syringe there is a sucker pump people use it in old days to transfer kerosene from one can to another, I'm not aware of the name of the device though. It would have made 1.5 hours to 1.5 mins, good video, I will do the same,

    Try motul 20w fork oil plus try slightly to overfill(350ml vs stock 331ml). I think that should stiffen your front end enough. Although overfilling would damage your oil seals if riding on rough roads.
    Also go for stickier front/rear tyres for better cornering.

    Honda recommended 10W mineral grade fork oil for cbr250r for better breaking and you are putting wrong oil 20W this oil is for ment heavy bikes like harley... this oil will kick stiffen ur shockers result skidding back pain hardness and oil seal leaks early

    Hey Ive tried 20w and it did work for a while but a few months later fork is back to 30% sag without rider, 50% with me on top.
    Its got 33,500 kms, think I might need new springs?

      Pull out the spring and check the height of it. It should be 421.8mm if not then change the spring.
      Replacing is recommended than resetting the spring

      I’m afraid you have to go to the nearest expert to get it looked, if you still want to do it yourself then try heat gun around the fork and then unscrew the cap.

      @GAMINGBIKERBAZRAW  Před 5 lety +1

      For oil seal replacement you have to lie down your bike sideways on any old tyres pile or smooth surface to remove the front fork easily
      It the Only way without front paddock
