- I’ve been waiting to get a complete set of this to show all of you, and I FINALLY have one! It’s the 1995 Sparkling Mermaid Adventure set from the Enchanted Storybooks collection. In my opinion, this is one of the most beautiful playsets in the entire vintage Polly era. It’s got so much going for it, and - yes, it even lights up! #pollypocket #collection #vintagetoys

hey again, holly! loved this video! the shell that looks broken is actually an underwater mermaid chariot, so there are supposed to be two little seahorses that can be attached to those notches on the shell. Polly and the other mermaids can sit on top for a ride 🧜♀️
Omg I had this as a kid
I remember having this as a child and Polly's tail broke, I was so sad but we just glued her back, unfortunately I also broke Susie's fin and that was just gone but I pretended she was part eel so it was ok. I really wanted to be able to take the octopus out of his little door too lol but the nostalgia alone was so nice, thank you for making this video!
This was my FAVORITE set as a kid and I'm tempted to scour my mom's house when I go back for Thanksgiving to see if I can find it.
God I love mermaid-y underwater settings like this. There's something so whimsical about normal architecture being underwater and you can just swim through it. This is yet another set I would have loved as a kid
Had this as a kid and as many of them are, this is another one of my favorites. I totally played with the moving bits at the front as crests of waves. Didn’t know that they could potentially be seaweed. My Polly though would never stand up strait and her face paint ended up rubbing off but I still loved it. Especially with my then obsession with the little mermaid. Thank you again for doing all of these videos. All of my childhood toys were very unfortunately thrown out (not by me) and I feel like I get a second chance to appreciate these with your videos!

This is my absolute favourite toy from my childhood 💕 I have so many vivid memories attached to it! I really hope to get my hands on a complete set someday.

Lovely videos, I absolutely loved polly pockets as a kid and this book was one of my absolute favourites with the mermaids 🧜♀️. Can’t believe this is now considered vintage! Time flies, I am currently 30y old.
