- Garlicky air fryer roasted almonds come together so quickly in the air fryer! They're crunchy, satisfying, and oil free. If you don't air fry, don't worry - you can make these in the oven, too.
đIngredientsđ
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups raw almonds

THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! - Jak na to + styl
I have achieved nice thick paste status. Thank you.
Thanks for this, it tastes great. I found things get more evenly coated if I wet the nuts with a mix of oil and soy sauce before adding the salt etc, rather than going with the paste. I've tried including sesame oil, garlic salt, ground up chilli.
Still tinkering!
Thanks for sharing your experience! Ground chili sounds especially delightful!
Air fryer set at what temperature?
Yet another air fryer game changer! I can't wait to try this!
Yay! Enjoy it, Jen!
Nice! This is great!
Thank you!
Yummy. Just tested it out
Love to hear it! đ
Imma try this since i recently got a bag of almonds from a food bank. Will update with results
Enjoy them!
With some trial and error I can say this is a good recipe.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice I just tried this. 200g of almonds same amount of spice as you. kcal will be approx 1250.
Thank you for doing the math! I know that will be helpful for a lot of folks.
Can i Roast pistachios with shell? if yes what is the temp to set and time for the same
Ooh I havenât tried this! Iâd look up a baking recipe, then use the same temp and half the cooking time as a starting point. Sometimes you need to mess with the time to get it just right.
Can i just roast the almond without seasoning?
Absolutely!
@@glueandglitter thank you!
Will this rid the raw organic almonds of the fly/moth things that emerge from the almonds?
I think youâre thinking of certain varieties of fig, maybe?
@@glueandglitter no I had purchased bulk organic raw almonds and after a while I had these moth things on the inside of the airtight container they were sealed in.
Oh nooooo! This has happened to me w flour once. So gross. Iâd imagine that any type of cooking would help, though. Before the issue arises, of course đ
If you put few bay leaves in the container this stops the flys and moths.
@@manjitjohal2985 really!! Iâm definitely going to try this. Thank you
I cook them but are very hard to eat. What did I do wrong?
It sounds like you overcooked them. Were they hard when they came out? Some air fryers cook more quickly than others unfortunately. You want them still chewy in the middle when you stop, because they continue to cook as they cool.
@@glueandglitter when they came out they were soft
I have Almonds in the air fryer as we speak. 5 minute recipe
Awesome! Enjoy them!
Do you soak the almonds first?
No soaking needed!
Roast them plain, let them cool, blend (for a long time) without any added oil or water, and you have home-made almond paste nutbutter! :D
So fun! That moment when they turn from almond meal to shiny almond butter feels like you did magic, doesn't it?
Does the nuts need to wash it and dry it before airfry?
No need to do that. đ
I never heard a temperature mentioned in the air fryer
You can find the full instructions in the blog post linked in the description. đ
But the blog doesnât mention a temperature either.
