    Thanks for this, it tastes great. I found things get more evenly coated if I wet the nuts with a mix of oil and soy sauce before adding the salt etc, rather than going with the paste. I've tried including sesame oil, garlic salt, ground up chilli.
    Still tinkering!

    Can i Roast pistachios with shell? if yes what is the temp to set and time for the same

      Ooh I haven’t tried this! I’d look up a baking recipe, then use the same temp and half the cooking time as a starting point. Sometimes you need to mess with the time to get it just right.

    Will this rid the raw organic almonds of the fly/moth things that emerge from the almonds?

      @@glueandglitter no I had purchased bulk organic raw almonds and after a while I had these moth things on the inside of the airtight container they were sealed in.

      Oh nooooo! This has happened to me w flour once. So gross. I’d imagine that any type of cooking would help, though. Before the issue arises, of course 😆

      If you put few bay leaves in the container this stops the flys and moths.

    • @glueandglitter
      @glueandglitter  Pƙed rokem

      It sounds like you overcooked them. Were they hard when they came out? Some air fryers cook more quickly than others unfortunately. You want them still chewy in the middle when you stop, because they continue to cook as they cool.

    Roast them plain, let them cool, blend (for a long time) without any added oil or water, and you have home-made almond paste nutbutter! :D
