- This was a race that I just wanted to finish. Only a 12 mile course, but, it was tight in the trees at first. Then it opened up on some wide trails and some roads. Rocks are everywhere. I was thinking I might get a flat. hope you like the video.

When you stopped to talk to the kid on the bike I lost it. What?😂😂
Yeah, I thought that I missed a turn or something.
It's interesting to see how the course was. The last race there was WAY more dust. Lot's of the trail ground down to talc that hung in the air. My camelback broke 10 minutes in. Made for a long race! I got lapped by the top three 2x and holy wow they detonated the earth going by like a bomb. I learned to just pull over and park for a minute. Unbelievable the top 3 overall were within 3 seconds?!
That sure makes for a long race when you lose your water. I have had that happen a few times. They made it real tight in the trees to start. But after a few laps things kinda calmed down and the roads didnt have as much traffic once everyone got spread out. It was fun, but the rocks were crazy everywhere.
