Mike your an absolute legend! Your attitude is exactly the same on young people learning, only difference is I'm not a tradesman, I'm a chef! 👏❤

@@GreenHawkConstructionltd exactly! I've no time for shouting or bullying, even if it is just banter! Don't get me wrong some young people are proper little snowflakes but everyone has a different idea of what's funny and what's not.
As you say treat them right, mistakes are about learning and I suspect that even extends to you learn from Jack, lou and Cian.
Learning is a two way street and everyday is a school day for everyone.

When looking at tools I was always taught if you need to borrow something more than twice in 6 months that is the tool you need to buy next.

Love the tips mate. I did all the chasing in my house and then let the electrician connect it up. Saved a lot of money and also learnt so much in the process. Never thought about using expanding foam in the situation you covered in the video.

The tape moves because the glue softens when the bit heats up and the tape slides about.

Absolutely correct and it's a right bugger when it happens too! As Mike said, mark it with a Sharpie and save the hassle.

    Nice video mate enjoyed it.
With stitch drilling I use the extractor attachment on the sds to set the depth. Saves cleaning up as well. Win win.
You are spot on with different approaches for different brick types.
Keep them coming with the tips and enjoyed the chat at the end with Jack. Great to see his progress and opinions alongside yours.

Agree with the Klein strippers. It’s not until you use them, that you realise. I say this, having used CK ones in a previous life

Bro, you dont have to break off a piece of wall just because its easy to break off. Just plaster it with anything and it will not fall off. Trust me or ask experienced plasterer.

A tea drinking pro-tip. Spend a week drinking it without milk. By then you’ll prefer it that way.
