He trained himself to sound in this exaggerated manner in order to be better understood. At that time technology wasn't as developed as it's today so recordings often included a lot of background noise. Thus the need for the exaggerated voice So if Hitler was incarnated today he wouldn't speak "like Hitler". His accent would sound closer to modern German. Not the same of course. We’re a pretty normal family but ever since i found out about it a few years ago i’ve been studying the history of it, trying to really understand what was happening in that time period so that i can educate people in the future and help to prevent antisemitism. There’s a lot more to it, and It’s a big goal for a potentially unwilling future but i hope to do enough good to outweigh his evil.

I used to wonder how crazy I looked to people from your perspective, haha. Just remember a lot of people who experience delusions aren't living in the reality you are, and their narratives are extremely warped. A lot of them just need help and can't even live their lives to the fullest because they're consumed by a false narrative. I remember at the height of my probably most bizarre episofe (believed I was a prophet between planes, the only real person in a simulated reality and was going to become a god) I blanked like 5 years living on autopilot because I couldn't be present in the life everyone else was in. Brains are all we are, they're how we see & feel & think, when something is wrong inside them it really changes everything. This one disturbs me too, just wanted to add some things. There's a sad lack of understanding in psychology, and it means the world that you would listen to lived experience of a sick person. Too many conditions are only ascribed their function & symptoms from the outside perspective (OCD is known for compulsions because it's the most visible thing about it, but no one touches on the utter terror and all-consuming world ending fear making someone feel like everyone they know will die if they don't scrub their skin off, ADHD symptoms focusing on distractibility and forgetfulness but not RSD often so severe people get misdiagnosed with BPD, not bringing up time blindness, etc). After realizing I was ill and that I'll never be able to see outside of my mind (thus unable to escape the false narrative that will always be with me) I got interested in disorders too. Helps to remind myself that there's proof I'm always going to be this way, so I can have blind faith that I'm wrong. I used to be scared I was crazy, but now that the right meds got me lucid again I'm re-entering my own life and being irrational is way better than all of that being real. It was comfortable being that lost and not tied down to real things, it was like existing as something transient, but lucidity is the best thing that happened to me. Crazy how relieving just being some mostly normal guy is. Sorry for talking so much, youtube won't let me see how much I'm writing and then I find out I wrote a whole essay I hope you get out in the field of psychology one day and make a difference, I've been in and out of treatment my entire life (who would've guessed) and there are professionals and specialists out there that range from pretty knowledgable to completely abhorrent. One thing that bothers me about situations like these is that whenever there is a trans person who clearly has some screws loose and makes a scene, trans people become real nervous about the prospect of that individuals instability being weaponized against the trans community as a whole. Which, on it's face, just sounds ridiculous to me. Like... how could you weaponize one trans persons mental state against an entire community, y'know? But somehow, exactly that happens. People try to point to an instance of a trans person acting a very particular way in order to craft some sort of grand narrative about the entire community, using logic that would never hold up in a million years if applied to literally any other grouping of people. Trans people shouldn't feel the need to "not claim" someone when they say or do something completely out of line. But since trans existence is such a heavily politicized issue, there is this overwhelming pressure for trans people to keep the "communities" public image as palatable as possible, so as to not inadvertently contribute to furthering anti-trans sentiment at large. The main problem with this, of course, is that there is no identifiable "trans community", as it does not exist anymore than the "tall community" does. Saying someone is not accepted into the trans community sort of reinforces the idea that there is any identifiable community to be a part of as a trans person. It should be pointed out more often that trans individuals do not represent other trans individuals by default, as trans people do not represent all trans people anymore than any individual person represents other people who share similar adjective-based descriptors. Trans people are just people who happen to be trans. And trans people, as they are people, come in many shapes, sizes, dispositions, and mental states. A big part of trans acceptance in my eyes is, therefore, recognizing that trans people are equally capable of representing the best and worst qualities of humanity, just like anyone else. I, as a trans person, do not feel the need to "not claim him" as their transness never registered as reason enough for me to feel represented by him. He's just some insensitive oddball who happens to be FtM. There's no real reason why I should have to care about how his actions make me look. It's not like tall people were expected to address the Edmund Kemper murders by being all like "I just hope all yall know that on behalf of the whole tall community, we tall people DO NOT accept him" lol.

He trained himself to sound in this exaggerated manner in order to be better understood. We’re a pretty normal family but ever since i found out about it a few years ago i’ve been studying the history of it, trying to really understand what was happening in that time period so that i can educate people in the future and help to prevent antisemitism. There’s a lot more to it, and It’s a big goal for a potentially unwilling future but i hope to do enough good to outweigh his evil.

@@moshroomba A lot of us are more likely to be a harm to ourselves than others, just to keep in mind (not making any assumptions about this case though). I used to wonder how crazy I looked to people from your perspective, haha. Just remember a lot of people who experience delusions aren't living in the reality you are, and their narratives are extremely warped. A lot of them just need help and can't even live their lives to the fullest because they're consumed by a false narrative. I remember at the height of my probably most bizarre episofe (believed I was a prophet between planes, the only real person in a simulated reality and was going to become a god) I blanked like 5 years living on autopilot because I couldn't be present in the life everyone else was in. Brains are all we are, they're how we see & feel & think, when something is wrong inside them it really changes everything. This one disturbs me too, just wanted to add some things. I have done extensive research into brains & disorders / syndromes & how the mind can turn on itself because I, one day, hope to go into the field of psychology (I'm only 13 💀). It's really interesting seeing your perspective because my knowledge will never measure up to your lived experience. Mental syndromes & illnesses have always been an interest of mine because just about every person in my family has 1-7 disorders or illnesses *each*. I've been interested especially in serial killers, even though I know that most people with mental issues are more likely to harm themselves. I've been rambling, but all in all I just want to thank you for sharing a little piece of your life story with me :)
@@moshroombaHonestly anything positive to come from any suffering is a plus to me, and I really hope you get to persue your dreams. There's a sad lack of understanding in psychology, and it means the world that you would listen to lived experience of a sick person. Too many conditions are only ascribed their function & symptoms from the outside perspective (OCD is known for compulsions because it's the most visible thing about it, but no one touches on the utter terror and all-consuming world ending fear making someone feel like everyone they know will die if they don't scrub their skin off, ADHD symptoms focusing on distractibility and forgetfulness but not RSD often so severe people get misdiagnosed with BPD, not bringing up time blindness, etc). After realizing I was ill and that I'll never be able to see outside of my mind (thus unable to escape the false narrative that will always be with me) I got interested in disorders too. Helps to remind myself that there's proof I'm always going to be this way, so I can have blind faith that I'm wrong. I used to be scared I was crazy, but now that the right meds got me lucid again I'm re-entering my own life and being irrational is way better than all of that being real. It was comfortable being that lost and not tied down to real things, it was like existing as something transient, but lucidity is the best thing that happened to me. Crazy how relieving just being some mostly normal guy is. Sorry for talking so much, youtube won't let me see how much I'm writing and then I find out I wrote a whole essay
I hope you get out in the field of psychology one day and make a difference, I've been in and out of treatment my entire life (who would've guessed) and there are professionals and specialists out there that range from pretty knowledgable to completely abhorrent. I swear I'm done rambling now, but thank you for listening & I think you'll do awesome. Psychology is a fascinating path and with the right treatment there is so much hope out there for so many people, the more we learn about the brain the more lives can be helped. Cool stuff. I always liked learning about what disorders can have a hereditary component and how often overlooked neurodivergencies can have visible anatomical differences in the brain. Man, I wish I was smart enough for brain science (and also wasn't a good donor candidate for a study on mental illness 💀)

I visited autzwitz a month ago and this hurts my soul. It was the most heartbreaking experience and there’s people cos playing as the guy who did all of this. I hope he gets help and truly understands the repercussions of him playing that awful human.

One thing that bothers me about situations like these is that whenever there is a trans person who clearly has some screws loose and makes a scene, trans people become real nervous about the prospect of that individuals instability being weaponized against the trans community as a whole. Which, on it's face, just sounds ridiculous to me. Like... how could you weaponize one trans persons mental state against an entire community, y'know? But somehow, exactly that happens. People try to point to an instance of a trans person acting a very particular way in order to craft some sort of grand narrative about the entire community, using logic that would never hold up in a million years if applied to literally any other grouping of people.
Trans people shouldn't feel the need to "not claim" someone when they say or do something completely out of line. But since trans existence is such a heavily politicized issue, there is this overwhelming pressure for trans people to keep the "communities" public image as palatable as possible, so as to not inadvertently contribute to furthering anti-trans sentiment at large. The main problem with this, of course, is that there is no identifiable "trans community", as it does not exist anymore than the "tall community" does. Saying someone is not accepted into the trans community sort of reinforces the idea that there is any identifiable community to be a part of as a trans person. It should be pointed out more often that trans individuals do not represent other trans individuals by default, as trans people do not represent all trans people anymore than any individual person represents other people who share similar adjective-based descriptors.
Trans people are just people who happen to be trans. And trans people, as they are people, come in many shapes, sizes, dispositions, and mental states. A big part of trans acceptance in my eyes is, therefore, recognizing that trans people are equally capable of representing the best and worst qualities of humanity, just like anyone else. I, as a trans person, do not feel the need to "not claim him" as their transness never registered as reason enough for me to feel represented by him. He's just some insensitive oddball who happens to be FtM. There's no real reason why I should have to care about how his actions make me look. It's not like tall people were expected to address the Edmund Kemper murders by being all like "I just hope all yall know that on behalf of the whole tall community, we tall people DO NOT accept him" lol.

Yeah I agree with you. But, until people stop weaponizing unstable/people who have done bad things who are trans against trans people as a whole, it makes sense that trans people would say things like “we don’t accept them.” We’re scared. And, honestly, given the current situation of the world, you can’t really blame us for being scared. I hope a day comes someday where trans people won’t feel the need to insist that they don’t accept others. Where others won’t be used to mock, shame, and discredit us.
