QUICK FULL BODY HYBRID ATHLETE WORKOUT - EPISODE 5

  • Finding the athlete in me: Episode 5
    Join me in this series as I go on a journey to find the athlete in me again. A quick back story, I became a competitive runner at 10 years old, running in cross-country races and this progressed into sprinting where I was a sprinter and hurdler for 12 years.
    Since quitting track and field and spending most of my 20s figuring out what I want to do with my life and work taking over, I have lost a lot of my athletic ability. I have used the gym to stay in shape and get strong through bodybuilding and powerlifting-style workouts.
    In 2023, I competed in my first Hyrox and have since competed in three Hyrox races. As I transition into longer-distance running, I am learning new skills and new disciplines.
    I now have my flare back for sports and competition and want to bring you on the journey to find the athlete in me again. I will be training in hybrid style, running, lifting, and training for more Hyroxs next season.
    This episode I join my brother for a quick full body workout. We both train in the hybrid style so working out together is always a fun time!
