    Watching this the first time I was like "oh that doesn't look too hard" but half way through I decided to do it and omg was I wrong I missed like 4 Sally downs and now my legs are tensing up, can't wait to do this challenge for the next month!

    hey Browney! quick challenge you could do is 200 push ups but every time you have to stop you have to max out with an ab roller if you have one its killer on the core!

    Hey Browney, I am a guy who has a pretty flat butt, does doing squats really help to get a bigger butt? how many sets and reps would you recommend? Other excersises I do is 50+25+25 Pushups in the morning, afternoon and evening.

      Aman Sahu working put doesnt affect ones height
      Only thing you need to remember is if you happen to be preteen"ish" or deosnt have a very developed body you could be keen to injuries later in your life if you train to heavy..

      you should be good to go
      Go for 3-4 days a week and do a split
      I suggest you do buff dudes 12 week program if you have accest to a gym
      Just search on youtube, theyre great and gove terrific advice
      If you have problems/injuries the check out athlean x

      The only thing that can affect your height while lifting is if you lift with horrible form on like deadlifts etc, as you've decided to do calisthenics there is no problem there.

    If you can do 90-120 bodyweight squats (no rest) you should be able to do this
