I'd love to know how the workshop came to be! I assume 99% is justifiable for your work but I would love to have a shop like that for myself one day. Were there any major learning moments or things you found interesting moving from a garage shop to a full workspace?

I love placing a good cam or nut, and hearing the jingle of gear as you climb. The shop was brought on mainly from the addition of a technocrane and trailer, and my garage overflowing. It’s definitely not a 100% necessity for me but it’s very convenient. I do share the cost with 3 others so that helps too. Rent isn’t cheap
