It's been awhile since I've posted a burn on here. Had the inspiration to go out and flow the other night, so here's a little bit of it. Poi are by Crispy Clowns.
I've been spinning off and on for 12 years. It amazes me how well you isolated. You inspired me to pick it back up. Hands down the best I've ever seen. Keep it up.

I have been checking in on you Liz from time to time when I can or when I wish to see poetry in motion! Your progression has been beautiful to see the results of,but I know the work that went into spinning with such grace. It would seem to be and extension of you if I didn't know better. I never commented until now because,well,who am I too anyone in here but a name. However,watching this inspires me to spin more often. After watching it again 3-4 yrs later I it, in a way checked me😅.. I was cuz back then I thought I was making progress with the poi tricks / flow prop/ fire spinning....

Hi Lee. I'm so glad you found this video inspiring, and I wish you the best of luck on your poi journey. The length the poi burn is dependent largely on the size of the wick. These wicks are I think 3.25" in diameter. You can also extend the length of your burn by using different fuel. Adding lamp oil to white gas extends the burn time. Of course, please make sure you understand the risks and nature of each type of fuel before doing so!

Your stalls are wicked clean!!! Are fire poi traditionally heavier than regular contact poi? I’m drilling up stalls now and they look good but yours are so controlled!
Hi, I have maybe a dumb question, but I'm curious how you make sure your hair and clothes don't catch fire (esp your hair) Is it just that you trust your skills enough to not do it or is there something you do to prevent it?

And now i decided to improve my poi skills and i wish to go back to circus if i survive till the war ends in Ukraine :D But i lost access to a lessons I used to watch from a russian guy. Could u pls suggest me some improved lessons u have learned?

Really depends on the poi. These fire poi feel pretty comparable to my contact poi.
