I'm a little late hearing the news of her accident and passing... just heard about it tonight... I am stunned and so sad. This is one of my favorite staff videos - I have watched it so many times... I had to come back to it in her honor tonight. What a loss to this community and this art. I never knew you, Linda, but you inspire me. Your contributions to this art will never die. Spin safe, everyone.
whenever I don't want to practice or I'm feeling unmotivated to spin, I come back to this video. Linda, you continue to inspire me to be the best flow artist I can be. Thank you for your art. Rest in peace.
One of the greatest fire performers ever. Bless her for offering such incredible inspiration. She is no longer with us in physical but her spirit lives on in these incredibly inspiring video's.
I love watching the way you move with the staff. I've never tried one and just possibly never will - but I also feel that watching anybody handle ANYTHING with such grace and such a light, almost-invisible contact with it - it all teaches us something. Thank you for doing these things, Linda.
The fact that you make something so technical, including maneuvering the staff with your wrists, look so effortless is impressive. This is really well done.
I just bought my first staff today and it’s fire I have spun poi for almost a decade your one video has given me much to look forward to learning and perfecting happy burning 🙏
Just thought you should know you're the reason I ever wanted to start learning contact staff in the first place <3 Thank you for creating such beautiful movement!

easily one of the most beautiful things i've seen a person do.
Never saw anything like this before... Such a balance of grace and wilderness... Such effortless technicity....
One of the true greats. I'm only sorry I never got to see her live. RIP Linda, you up-ed the game for fire artists everywhere.

Eleven years on and this still inspires me to spin…
