This is a poi tutorial on 2 poi 1 hand under the legs. I would consider this to be an advanced move as the prerequisites are intermediate level. The move is a lot like dodging daggers but it's all done one-handed. I also include a bonus variation that involves additional under-the-leg shenanigans!

Hi, I have maybe a dumb question, but I'm curious how you make sure your hair and clothes don't catch fire (esp your hair) Is it just that you trust your skills enough to not do it or is there something you do to prevent it?

I am so Impress with your suppleness and dexterity girls very impressive. I use to do poi at 10yr old in Maori Culture I'm going back to poi at 75 yrs old helps to keep dementia at bay.
