But confused about the maintenance. Believe it was said “don’t dip aluminum parts in solvent” but later it was explained to clean the baffles in cleaners?
solvent and cleaners arnt the same.
He didn't say you can't dip aluminum parts in solvent. He said you shouldn't use any kind of "dip" on them. "The Dip" is a mixture of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide that is commonly used to clean steel suppressor parts. It dissolves lead and carbon, but will damage aluminum and titanium.
will this block the laser for the crimson trace laser saddle on a mossberg 590?
Why can’t I ever find modified echo chokes? Why don’t you make the three choke packs anymore?
Will there be a gen 2 that has the button for indexing?
Can one of these work with the Fostech Origin 12?
So a suppressor for shotguns ?
I’ve never seen the rods inside before! They remind me of a mini nuclear reactor and fuel rods.
They are not nuclear. I looked it up.
Какая цена? На Сайгу 12 станет?
Still miffed theres no tru choke/baikal adapter
I'm curious how the shorter versions work? Does it come with shorter rods?
He said 6, 8, and 10 inch rods are available. So you’d have to order the shorter rods and then shorten it to one of those lengths. I wonder how heavy it feels. The M4 is already front heavy and not a light shotgun. This will add a bit of weight and length, but they reduce sound a ton! I’m impressed. If this isn’t titanium, I’m sure a titanium one will come eventually and as technology advances these will be a game changer.
Is this suppressor only for 12 ga or can it be used on a 20ga as well?
It is for 12ga only,.
Wish I could find an Omega 300 in the Miami area. Nobody can get them 😔
Order it
Hit up Capitol Armory out of Texas. They have them in stock right now. Call them up and they'd be happy to help you out.
Well, they still have thousands of BOGO orders they need to fill so…
Out of curiosity, is it safe to shoot Dragon's Breath cartridges through it, or they can damage the baffles?
Depends on whose making the dragons breath and what shot cup they have in it.
We do not recommend the use of Dragon's Breath in the Salvo.
@@SilencerCo like I said I wouldn’t recommend it regardless of what shotcup they use.
Me sitting here wondering how much time it will take me to disassemble and reassemble.
It looks cool, it is light, but it doesn't do much silencing. It just makes my shotty look better.
Objectively this is incorrect. The Salvo does a great job at reducing the report down to 136.8db on average in full configuration. Even in the shorter configurations it still manages sizable reductions. Perception may be subjective but the numbers do not lie.
@@SilencerCo The numbers, whomever measured them, may not lie, but my ears don't either. Of course it's subjective, but since I'm the one the paid the crazy money on this thing, my subjectivity is all that matters.
@@no_handle_required What host are you running yours on and in what configuration? My experience with my Salvo has been amazing. It suppresses very well on all of my shotguns. I run mine in the 10'' config.
I find it interesting that you call it a suppressor when the gov classifies it as a silencer, the original patented name is maxim silencer, and your company's name is SILENCERco.
They are interchangeable terms. Our advice is don't lose any sleep over it.
@@SilencerCo 🤣
Can one of these work with the Fostech Origin 12?
Yes. Use a Saiga adapter for the Origin.
