  • Patrick just missed out on seeing Queen live as a boy but somehow found himself playing the same arenas as Queen a few years down the road with Killer Queen. He talks about that incredible journey with Doug Donoho for KECH Radio.
All photos are of Patrick Myers and Killer Queen. Most are from their Austin City Limits Concert June 29th 2019 by Limelight Images. Others are from Ahoy Arena. All images (C) Killer Queen.

I saw Killer Queen 2 weeks ago and I closed my eyes and forgot this was a tribute band. Then when I opened my eyes and spotted Patrick as "Freddie", it just blew my mind. Such a great concert. Cant wait to see them again.

I just saw you guys in Balboa, and oh my god! I was walking in, looking at the poster and I saw 'Patrick Myers' and got 10x more exited. You guys are amazing, and thank you so much for keeping queen alive for Freddie. Much love, see you again soon ❤❤❤

Love Killer Queen. Have seen them twice now in England and looking forward to a 3rd time soon hopefully. They have an amazing stage presence and musical talent. They have refreshed my interest in music in general and in Queen and Freddie Mercury music specifically.

I really love killer queen, I looked forward to seeing them live this year, but sadly it was an 18+ show only. Well, I hope you still will be performing in 2024, haha.
