- A scaled and an RX version of today’s lockdown challenge.
All you need is a wall (and some clean trainers if you’re doing it inside).
Wall planks/wall plank press ups! Get your feet well planted on a flat wall and press hard to keep body position for a maximal hold.
If your levelling up, work on some
Press ups once you’re there.
