thx for the video, as always! although i have a ducky one 2 sf keyboard, i very likely will get the endgame gear xm1r. and one thing: yes you said rgb on mice are not your thing. but still for a review imo it is necessary to at least show the different lighing schemes. now i have seen it only in your b-roll in the beginning of the video. but nonetheless nice video and cool vibe! especially with the song in the beginning!

driverless mice have a much more consistent feel across operating systems,logitech and some other brands mice can have major issues on macOS and linux cause of the lack of support,and sometimes i dont have a windows PC on hand,so it becomes a major pain to deal with,the only 2 that avoid this issue completely is razer (the community linux driver is bomb and even has a python api in it,but the only reason its so good is cause razer is a really popular brand of mouse) and roccat (they helped make the community driver)
The first direct competitor to the so beloved FK2? (O- is smaller , MOW/Viper = FK1) Would be amazing if Ducky can even surprise us with a wireless one in future.

if done right going no software at all is the best. no need to release updated software or develop for mac/linux/next windows. as a linux user myself this was my reason to buy it. but i agree it would be amazing if there where something in between 800dpi and 1600dpi

i ordered it yesterday and i got it today. .. got a second one for my wife. i also have two ducky secret mice again one for my wife one for me. And i LOVE the fact that there is no sosftware needed .. that's the first and main reason second is that the secret is so heavy this is much better,,,, Sure could be better i don't like having the screw holes under the feet i'm spoiled with the ducky secret..

@@GoatOfMind i have some of their keyboards, currently using different brands but i can tell u they are are pretty high quality and match up to the price
although if ur on a budget obviously u would get away with cheaper keyboards
u wont need a different one for a while pretty sure (i main other boards other than it)

i have the venus and yea it's extremely good but what is it with the ducky keyboards that you hate? i've had so many keyboards and these don't seem bad at all. literally plugged it in a few minutes after my first comment to see if i was tripping
