EPA Furlough Agents? 🤣 Supreme Court Decision Grinds Agency To Halt

- In today's video we talk about the EPA issuing Furloughs to some of its agents as it's now over staffed. Without the ability to seize and issue fines as it previously did the agency is now bloated with too many agents.
Let me know what you think in the comments below - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Well with 35 trillion in government debt we need to make it permanent as well as massively shrinking all the alphabet soup gangs.
It is time to return back to the 1975 cafe standards that are still in effect!!!
The less power for the EPA the better!!!
Lots of sighs of relief in the Stallantis boardroom when they realize this ruling applies to NHTSA, too, so there won't be as many recalls on cars in the future.
That'll help improve the Dodge image . . . .
HELLO FROM THE CANADIAN PIT BULL CHEERS BROTHER 🇨🇦..GREAT VIDEOS THANKS TK'S GARAGE AN TK .
TK'S Garage Friend keep up the great work 🇺🇸🇺🇸😃😃💪💪👍👍👍
The EPA Was getting away with a lot of stuff that ,They shouldn't have been doing for decades !!!
Could you please give a few SPECIFIC EXAMPLES
It sounds like from what your saying the epa is still an agency but they have basically been cut from doing a lot the stuff have been prior. I’m not to sure what to think. You are the second channel that has talked about this. In tx right now if you are out in rural farmland there is no need to have an annual emissions inspection and safety. Actually next year they are doing away with safety inspections entirely throughout the state. Still going to test for emissions in more dense communities.
Again I’m not to sure what to think. It sounds good but until the epa is no longer an agency I believe we are still going to have issues. Just there existence is enough to make me think twice about modifying my cars
Don’t forget the Nazis at the ATF … Chevron was bad law, it’s repealed, what it did was allow these agencies to interpret and enforce laws and create regulations based on law “how they saw fit”… consequently you have a bunch of unelected bureaucrats abusing powers beyond the scope of actual laws passed by Congress… all the alphabet soup bureaucracies have stretched interpretation of laws way beyond their intent , the Chevron decision made that possible, it was a bad precedent, it’s now overturned and departments like the ATF can no longer, on a whim of ideologues make hundreds of thousands law abiding citizens criminals, in much the way the EPA has abused corporations. Watch for the dominos to fall as this repeal of Chevron brings multiple challenges of these agencies before the court and the abuse of unelected power ceases.
We could do with a lot fewer 3 letter agencies as far as I'm concerned.
Maybe now they will leave our race cars and hot rods alone! No more fines like what they did to Sparks motors & others. Hopefully they will stop the stupid "rolling coal" thing and barking up the tree for enforcement action.
Overturning Chevron Deference is way overdue. 3 letter agencies can no longer just make up arbitrary rules and enforce them. Rules must go through the legislature and courts have jurisdiction instead of some bureaucrat having control over both. :)
Still need to vote out the Donkey party and pass law that revokes Kalifornia setting separate emissions standard than the rest of the states. 💯🤗🤗👍
Hello, I hate to tell you this but about three weeks ago there was a chemical spill in the Flint river again. So I get it about the EPA but we need them here. Great review and stay safe.
I will gladly take any and all risks to be rid of the EPA. The Constitution guarantees us FREEDOM, it does not guarantee us safety. We need to use our freedom to stay safe.
If the EPA stuck to those kinda things that would be fine.. but they get into all sorts of stupid things that is unneccessary.. and as far as im concerned they can be gone if they dont stay on needed tasks.
It's a start toward less pressure on our necks from these three letter scams.
Close the agency down and make all their employees go flip burgers
This is a good start… The AFT should be the 1st to go.
Could not happen to nicer people…
Trump getting rid of the EPA altogether.
Hello TK, excellent video, thank you for the content. I think the EPA has been overstepping lately, however, and I am nor saying to let them continue willy nilly , but I hope they aren't going to completely deregulate the emissions testing. It made a positive difference in the air quality at least here in NC.
Shirt looks great on you 👍
Thanks bro!!!!
Speaking of "chickens coming home", I hope this curbs the USDA &est@po that is targeting small farms.
Not good enough - the EPA needs to be abolished & their employees barred from future employment with the .gov.
Can’t just lay them off like that. Gotta put them to work making calendars, key rings, and pretty things made out of six-pack holders.
@@shocktrp66 Because you can’t get enough polluted breathing air and toxic drinking water?
Thank god
This won't help Stellantis/Chrysler/Dodge ar all.
Just asked my v10 S6, it approves.
lol you actually think businesses will not pollute….. you are constantly making videos on how car companies cut corners 😂
The EPA needs to disappear in a BIG puff of smoke. Lots of smoke. I am 65, and have been a car guy since around age 10. The EPA has cause me more grief and misery than I can possibly describe. If it weren't for the existence of older, non emissions cars, which I much prefer to newer ones anyway, I would not have been able to be a car guy. F**K the EPA.
Refund the EPA. LMAO
