Chaffetz seems to enjoy posturing. There's plenty of blame to go around in this fiasco. Laying most of the blame on the EPA administrator is a stretch. The Flint plant operator and people at the state level in the MDEQ were closest to the problem and failed to respond quickly to the complaints of Flint residents. It did not help that Flint had an appointed emergency manager. It was too easy to dismiss the complaints of the residents of Flint who were mostly poor, black, and Democrats. They lacked voice in Lansing.

Doesn't the water get tested on a scheduled basis (For example once a week) and when there is a potential problem ? On another note, this reminds me of the constant emails I sent regarding the victimization that has almost destroyed my life !
