I do Uber eats and doordash in NYC so I’m glad you got a taste of what it’s like being a courier in this great city. The job can be really fun but also stressful.
Also, I just finished watching and realized that you had that bike on pedal assist 1 the whole time 🤣, those bikes have 5 levels of assist. I could tell because you could barely hear the motor which gets louder the harder it works.
How's the average hourly pay since you have been working for a while?
@@dddavid132 during the pandemic it was $30/hour+ but nowadays it slower at $20/hr or less. Once a week maybe I’ll hit $23-24/hr.
I'm curious how long it takes to travel a mile in NYC with a ebike or something similar?

You should keep the parcel as close as possible to the centre of the bike handle to minimise torque on the bike !!
if you think, that the parcel would keep colliding with the tyres, you can tie the bag handles around the bike handle !!
UberEats does not pay that much to use Angular Momentum.

Not compulsory. But helps a lot. If you have a regular backpack, I would start using that.

bro jo sara sara din kartey hain they do in E bike. You're doing it on manual bike. Plus I think you are using car account for uber because in bike account you don't get 25 min crossing river orders in bike account. You only get those long orders in car account.

You must wear helmet, super important , one guy who was working with me in NJ , other side of the hudson river where you are riding , he fell from cycle and got head injury and lost memory becuase not wearing a helmet

Avoid times square. But you have to learn. The bike lane is dangerous. Ebikes are essential for 20 years and counting. It take a month to learn on the bike in NYC its safer than it looks.
