about your brakes issue, the mid drive conversion kit i bought came with magnet sensors to use on hydraulic brakes, there might be ones that are compatible with your wiring and motor which could work

you should definetly look into cyc products. more powerful bike overall, torque sensing would make the power pedalling more linear and you could keep the current bike, just need to get a different rear wheel (no hub motor)

Questions for you am also work doordash and ubereats on bike how you manage both app ? What am usally do is when am i have order for one of the app i put the other in break and when is done i put my two app back on

I’ve added notes how to get to my apartment building before and the driver didn’t read them and just called me irritated they couldn’t find it lol.
