Crusher has a CSS of 1'' it is being fed 6''< that is pre screened over a rawson with 1.5'' screen . The jaw dies are worn ,under these circumstances the plant will produce 40 yards per hour of 3'' <

Switch it off needs new crusher plates and the feeder tray is useless could do better with a hand shovel this isn't a cheap set up so should be working at full capacity

It's worn out, either needs new Jaws, or a lot of Hard-Facing Welding rods..

Crusher should be put off hire until a decent set of jaws are fitted.
