D97=6.5um(2000mesh) Output: 2.5tons/h Energy Consumption: 118.4Kw/Ton It is suitable for processing nonmetallic minerals such as calcium carbonate, calcite, Kaolin, clay, barite, talc, gypsum, limestone, calcium oxide, bentonite, dolomite etc. Best wishes, Samuel Senior Business Development Manager
We owned a 1107 Fintec jaw for about 3 years, it crushed well when we could keep it running. Always had serious electrical problems continually making it an inefficient machine . Parts were always a problem, it was decided to dispose of machine & buy the oppositions machine.i don't know how the newer machines are fairing but they would have to improve substantialy for us to reconsider. Have brought a new McCloskey J50 & extremely happy to be making a profit for a change. Cheers
I love watching the big rocks get crushed next time show us what comes out the other end of the conveyor. Slow down your camera a little bit as far as movement. Back off a little bit. Thank you for the upload way fun to watch
A little too big to fit in a container but they can be shipped by roll on roll off ships. Please contact me back with any further questions. We have some used machines available.
Like most other sedimentary rocks, most limestone is composed of grains. Most grains in limestone are skeletal fragments of marine organisms such as coral or foraminifera. These organisms secrete shells made of aragonite or calcite, and leave these shells behind when they die. Other carbonate grains composing limestones are ooids, peloids, intraclasts, and extraclasts. Limestone often contains variable amounts of silica in the form of chert (chalcedony, flint, jasper, etc.) or siliceous skeletal fragment (sponge spicules, diatoms, radiolarians), and varying amounts of clay, silt and sand (terrestrial detritus) carried in by rivers. Some limestones do not consist of grains, and are formed by the chemical precipitation of calcite or aragonite, i.e. travertine. Secondary calcite may be deposited by supersaturated meteoric waters(groundwater that precipitates the material in caves). This produces speleothems, such as stalagmites and stalactites. Another form taken by calcite is oolitic limestone, which can be recognized by its granular (oolite) appearance. The primary source of the calcite in limestone is most commonly marine organisms. Some of these organisms can construct mounds of rock known as reefs, building upon past generations. Below about 3,000 meters, water pressure and temperature conditions cause the dissolution of calcite to increase nonlinearly, so limestone typically does not form in deeper waters (see lysocline). Limestones may also form in lacustrine[1] and evaporite depositional environments.[2][3] Calcite can be dissolved or precipitated by groundwater, depending on several factors, including the water temperature, pH, and dissolved ion concentrations. Calcite exhibits an unusual characteristic called retrograde solubility, in which it becomes less soluble in water as the temperature increases.
What is the name of this machine , Jaw Crusher ... What is the name of brand and and the size or speed and Price , I want buy it now . Please send me the details.
Further to below: Here's a prediction, a shower of rain on that product and you have to shut down for a week or the combined inefficiency and action of that grizzly and overfilling rock box will mean a jaw full of mud porridge, going nowhere.Let's hope Sandvik have sorted these machines, or dropped them altogether until they do.
Carlos Gomez that small stuff is kinda good in there believe it or not. I worked on a crusher and just putting big material through can jam so we would have to hammer away at it or chain out the jam. ( one of the older guys would go and get a loader bucket full of the fine stuff and put it in the jaw. Doing that would make the spaces smaller and make it crush easier)
It means you have great amount of pain in you, you like pain gets smaller and ultimatly vanishes. For you the emotions creats vasts and huge transformation like when you are sad you gets accustomed to it and when happiness comes you enjoy it but slowly and steadily you again you become sad. Totally amazed at the speed this crusher works, roads, bridges, infrastructures are built because of crushers like this one.
Making little rocks out of big rocks. Why do I find watching this so satisfying?
Hypnotic. The convulsion of the rocks looks like a living creature trying to escape. So good.

What will this be turned into aggregate or road base material and gravel? Awesome footage
Yes. All the above, it will be classified into different sizes and used for lots of different things.
I do have this kind of crusher we usually used this material for housing construction, road and bridge.. After removing the earth...

What's crushed limestone used for?
Just wondering
Aggregate for fill, road base, concrete mix, etc. It all depends on the size of the finished product.
