    Nice drone shots! I had my drone battery take shit while filming a paver this past week and it landed right in the hopper. Luckily the operator saw it go in and stopped the machine before it became a $1000 speed bump....

    Neat! I learned to operate powerscreener this past summer... Slightly older than your equipment LOL The screener is helping a jaw and roller crusher. I enjoyed it! Hoping to get back to it this summer.

    those jaw plates are about a month too old, making the cone work harder, thats why youre getting so much return

    Being obliged to go up and down the ladder is dumb.
    It's slow to get things going,and it's dangerous for the man.
    Can't it be possible to have the controls on the platform instead of downstairs ?

      absolutely correct. if the jaw is tightened a bit, the throughput would be alittle smaller on the top end, that would result in more being screened in the first journey on the screen deck.. which would result in less having to go into the cone. it woudn't jam so much.

    Nice crusher. But i think and i observe there is no interlocling between those machine. Error coming in each machine should have a program to stop feeder to prevent jammed in each conveyor.

    That 2nd crusher, the 1150 looks like at total PITA. How many times is that operator gonna havta go up/down/up/down, just to hit a damn button?

    How do you like the Powerscreen Equipment? I like KPIJCI equipment myself. It seems as though they were having problems with the feeder on the cone.

      It's actually pretty good equipment from our experience with it. Yes the feeder is having some issues either with the magnet or a sensor, never did find out what exactly was causing it.

    Tolle Aufnahme von der Anlage👍. Ich würde aber den Kegelbrecher bischen enger stellen, da kommt mir zu viel Überkorn wieder in den Kegelbrecher zurück, was die Produktion stört. Wo oft gehen bei euch die Transportbänder kaputt?

    Great drone footage. Here in Utah a contractor I know talked UDOT into looking at 1.25" minus state spec base for a big project in SLC. It sure is a cost savings over 3/4". I think that's overkill and it costs a lot more to break it down to 3/4".... Even 1" would be a nice savings.

      Type I aggregate base or 1.5" minus here in Nevada. You see it used more for highway and freeway work which handles heavier traffic loads. Much easier to make too, you are correct.

    No magnet on the cone picking station??? Or even on the screener belt to cone. Would save you a shit ton of headaches . I been doing this same shit for the past 3 months straight feeding with a komatsu pc290 excavator making 3/4 stone from clay shale.... I dont half to tell you how much it sucks.

    What's the point of jaw feeder being so full? It doesn't give undersize much of a chance to fall thru grizzly section.

      Hard to say exactly, major variables if you buy new vs used. I want to say the setup shown here not counting the loaders, is probably in the 1M - 1.5M range.

      The machine suffered a 'metal stop' (that silver bar across the top house's a magnet which detects metal) which requires someone to check the feed before it enters the cone crusher. What part was dangerous in your opinion and what was the hazard? To 'isolate' the machine would require shutting/stopping it down completely, which means you need to stop all the other machines as well. Completely unnecessary particularly given the number of metal stops in short succession.

    They are completely overfeeding the secondary crusher the hole time. No wonder it shuts down the hole time.

      Why would it shut down from over feed ? there should be a sensor on the cone to stop that happening. anyway a cone should be choke fed.
      My bigger concern would be the fact that they are not scalping out on the jaw as the product looks dirty.

      So what makes a plant like this is a jaw crusher a cone and a screen the jaw crusher crushes the big rocks which then goes to the the screen and then gets sorted out on the different levels of the screen then the rest go to the cone to get crushed more which then goes back to the screen to get sorted again

      Yup. If you listen carefully you can hear the engine loosing rpm from @3:10 until the alarm sounds off at 3:15. Looks like there's way to much fine material been sent back from the screener.

    Statt einer mal sagt der soll nichts mehr nachfüllen bis der Stau beendet ist! Ne lieber den Kollegen 20x Leiter rauf Leiter runter. Zudem ist es nicht effizient das Feinmaterial sollte vor dem Grob Material aufs Band fallen damit es nicht erst durch das Grobe Material durch gerüttelt werden muss.

    God I hate these machines....I'm a mechanic for a demolition company and we have 5 impact crushers and two jaws....constant problems....the only ones that seem to work somewhat decent are called gipo...there out of Switzerland....these tin cans have unreal electrical problems

      I agree! Plastic crushers I call them! Best crushers where Svedala or Sandvic now I believe Metso pretty good too! Beauty of the Svedala you can change the throw of the Gryatory by turning the bush rather than changing the bush! Powerscreen owned by Terex!!! Nuff said!
