Nice 😅
I bough 3 bundles of rebar for my house construction! very good quality!
I need 5 bundles for my large repair shop
I don't criticized other metal factory, I used a lots of re-bars coming from South Korea because they don't just rust right away looks like they add a stainless metal that make it shiny when rain drops in, this is amazing factory thanks for showing this video now i will stay to buy from this Company, very impressive.
Always impressed with South Korean technology and work ethics.
yeah , they look like robots
Korea makes the best cars in the world! I know from experience. It took Korea to introduce 5 year warranties, then the rest followed. So Korea then upped their warranties to seven years! European cars are junk, only suitable for making rebars when they are seven years old.
@JP-cy1lw really??? Have you ever heard about Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Opel. These are not only cars, these are icons of the auto industry. South Korea makes vehicles not cars .
For a Factory this size and that quantity they must sell all over the world ! Good luck to them the Factory is Amazing.Brilliant recycling also.
I love how the bead wires are removed. It’s like a bunch of dudes were sitting around on a coffee break trying to figure out how to remove them and someone was like “Have any of you seen Alien? What if we just rip them out?”
Powerful machine. Tearing the skeleton out of the tires.
@Kangoneth: Removed their souls…
Sometimes it just a matter of, more power. (Trying to think of a reason to have one.)

Random comment to make you a little bit happier! Thanks for the video, really enjoyed it 😊
Thanks for sharing this experience and your comments always make me smile 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I love watching recycling videos. I like your sense of humour, Lol. 😊
I don't understand, I thought everyone wore sandles and night shirts to recycle

Excellent video. Detailed, no music and factory sounds. And your comments are funny.
That was an interesting video. I enjoyed watching how the machine extracted the wire from the tire beads. I recently bought some rebar. In California, we use it to strengthen concrete walls and foundations due to the risk of earthquakes
Interesting video. I liked seeing how the machine pulls the wire out of the beads of tires. I have purchased rebar. We use it to reinforce concrete walls and foundations here in California because of earthquakes.
I'll tell you a secret that they reinforce concrete everywhere, not only in places where there are earthquakes
@@dexterPL Humm. Check out videos of earthquake devastation in the middle east. No rebar!
@@jimprice1959 Everywhere, that is, where they do not save on everything and where there is no plague of corruption. In China, instead of steel reinforcement, they use bamboo or fiberglass, You can make a hole in the walls with your finger. Check out "tofu buildings"
A comment to make editor happy.
My dog makes me happy. Being alive makes me happy.
Great videos! Keep up the the good work sir!
33:05 great idea for maximizing factory resources! love it man
I used to drive a grabber like the one massaging the truck. That made me laugh! I was much more gentle with our trucks. Great video. X
hahaha I noted that.
I’m now a huge housing and factory developer and this is the only rebar I use!
Very good video. I enjoy your funny comments also. I use rebar in some welding projects.
I ordered 3 bundles for my house building!
I changed n repaired tires for many years n also picked up n hauled scrap metals to a scrap yard. I separated the metals to unload at different areas at the scrap yard. Got paid by type of metal n weight. Cool to see what happens to this stuff when it's no longer in use. Thank you for the video. I'm in the USA. I'm sure it is similar here as it is there.

Great videos I love learning a little bit on everything to see how it done
I love your wit and humor, please keep posting videos. Oh, and I think I saw Mr. Kim operating one of the machines, he was good!
I love watching wonder recycling rubber.
South Koreans have a great work ethic. Played baseball in Suncheon Si years ago and the players in the team were great to be with. Long live Red Fox.
Good film ,hallo from nederland❤❤❤❤
This was fascinating. I loved watching the processes of ripping out the steel belts in the sidewalls. Love your funny comments along the way.
Wish we could have the cement making process in action.
The cover of the Furnace looked like the face of the devil. Red Hot.
The molten steel looks like hot pizza ready to serve.
Keep em’ coming.
I ordered three bundles for my house. :)
loved it...i like the fact we get to hear the factory noises without a narrator babbling away...the typed comments are just right
..i ordered 3 bundles for my fish pond project
Watching from Brazil and how I'm impressive about technology improve and your guys are thousands years ahead from us. This is first class world.
I'm in USA 🇺🇸 I like your videos! South Korea has awesome work ethics, good vibe! Keep up the good work guys
Fascinating to watch. Amazing automating, Efficient & well thought out as to the operation. Quite some engineering to build the milling operation close to the fabrication plant. Thank you, enjoyed very much.
Impressive footage and process. Thank you. 👍👍
I'm surprised you leave that much tread on them-thar tiirs. In North Carolina, those would be considered "like new". 😆
Yep. When I was a kid, I never replaced the tires on my 41 Chevy if I still had two cord layers left.
Impressive work, huge installations just for recycling. It really must be worth. Too much e energy and water to this fantastic job. Thank you for showing us

simply amazing how they make rebar and use the heat for growing
I wouldn’t call burning the tires recycling, but, being made from some percentage of natural rubber means that as a fuel they have some degree of carbon offset built right in. And the energy requirements for making cement at that scale can only be met using fossil fuel, so using tires that have already had a useful working life is actually better than burning oil or gas straight out of the ground.
I used to work at Humane Mfg and we really recycled tired retired tires. They went through all sorts of shredding steps to remove the steel from them and pulverize to cofee ground like powder. We turned them to rubber mats and such. ❤
@@christopherleubner6633 what happens when the rubber mats reach the end of their life?
I was the manager of a Tire Recycling yard for a little bit. Rough job in the summer desert. Had work release jail birds and druggies under me. People that didn’t like any direction. 😂 we had a conveyor belt that had to be hand loaded. Then a big hopper that went to the shredder. It would get clogged from time to time. They guys would rebel and decide to overload the belt with tires but I had a button to stop the belt. 😂 Fun times being a manager of guys that might stab you or drug you. It’s a delicate balance. 😂😂😂
You know at some parks where they have swings slides and things like that for kids, the ground is softer there incase they fall. I was told that they recycle tyres to make that stuff. I think that's more popular than people think,
That furnace with the huge electrodes is very amazing! I suspect it is one of the things you should see in real life if at all possible!
the amount of weight those electromagnets were lifting for the rebar is impressive.

Arkbar is amazing 😊. I love watching these and the humour is perfect 😂. The engineering boggles my mind! I need to order some rebar 😮. We didn’t see what happened to the shredded tyres. Maybe next time. Thanks for the video.
It appeared in the video that they use the shredded tires as furnace fuel. I didn't see any clip of further processing of the steel tire wires.
I would think that they would combine operations a bit more - there was a huge amount of loading, unloading and transporting of the scrap before it got to the smelter.
@@buggsy5 yes they did, I forgot. Probably multiple uses for recycled rubber.
Great videos of recycling and product manufacturing, lots of uses for things!
Very nice video thank goodness 😢🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤

I enjoyed the scrap steel video before.
But now you've combined the tyre recycling video together with the rebar video, it all comes together comprehensively.
We are pansies in my country; we use Coconut fibres in our soft brooms.
South Koreans are tough; they use spring steeel wire in their "soft" brooms. 😅
Next time I sweep my kitchen floor, Im gonna try using ARKERD shoes with stainless steel laces. Underneath the shoes it says "Tai-wan", but Im gonna be tricky and "Tie-both" laces.
It's so wonderful amazing factory
