    Thank God and thank you sir. I've been on ever nut and bolt in my 03. But i could not find any videos on how to test the actual switch everybody is showing the resistor. I've hooked my blower to the battery and it works. New resistor and still not working.i hope it's the actual switch. Did it fix yours

    I too am trying to figure this out. Replaced blower, resistor, both fuses look A OK, I am getting zero fan operation with jumping those 2 points on the HVAC control module plug

      Here is another action you can try. Cut the red wire in the middle that is connecting to the blower motor which comes out of the resistor pack. stripe 1/2 inch of insulation off both ends and clip the red test lead (30') described below to the red wire going to the motor. touch the other red test clip to the 12v positive terminal of the battery for a couple of seconds to see if the motor turns on. if it doesn't turn on, either the motor is bad or the motor ground black wire isn't connected to ground. if it turns on, we will have to check other thing coming from the fan switch.

      @@dalechalkey3729 I did watch that video, it was very informative, so thank you. I found my problem though, it was the connector that plugs into the resistor. I did not think that it was heat damaged, as I only gave it a quick glance over. I looked closely and it is very much so. If a new connector does not fix it, I will be back. Hopefully not, but thank you again!

    I didnt have fan speed 4.I changed resistor pack and now i got fan speed 4 and lost fan speed 5. Anyone have any i ideas whats wrong?

      The highest speed doesn't pass through the power resistor pack you replaced. It gets switched in with a relay near the power resistor pack. Things to check are 40A fuse, fan rotary switch and relay near resistor pack.

      i think it might of been the resistor pack that was replaced. You should check the following for an issue to determine what might be broken. this is a debugging process needed to determine where the problem is originating. What did you check so far???
      1 Check the 40A HVAC fuse under the hood (only used for the high fan speed power feed)
      2 Check the 30A HVAC fuse inside the vehicle near driver side door (only used to feed the power pack resistors for settings low, med1, med2, med3) [high fan selection toggles the resistor pack relay and doesn't feed the fan power]
      3 Cut wires coming out of the motor, about 5'' from the motor, and apply 12v on the red and black wires going into the motor, it should turn on. Connect cut wires back together using a wire nut or union connector.
      4 Remove the HVAC control module and jumper a wire from the 12v feed to one of the motor speed wires and see if the blow turns on. If so, the HVAC module switch is bad.
      5 Replace the resistor blower motor pack which includes a relay

      Put the jumper wire in on the black connector and see if the blower turns on. Did you do that?

      @@dalechalkey3729 yes I did and the blower did not come on , I changed the blower motor, the resistor and the resistor wire horness , the fuses looks good too ... I'm struggling bro and it's hot as hell

      @@dalechalkey3729 one day my ac just stopped blowing , it use to work on just 1 and 4 that's it and then went out

      Look over this new video which can be helpful. Can you measure when 12v is present on connectors with a meter or light bulb tester?
