How much longer does it take to do a property this size when you're stopping to move the camera? Twice as long? One and a half? Did you have someone else there to do camera / drone work, or was it all yourself? Nice job, BTW.
Mike Furlong oh man. It took about 3 hours to actually do the work but I was there almost 5.5 hours. Camera set up. Drone shots. Moving cameras. It’s a lot of work in the filming part. I would love to have someone do that but I do all of it myself. Above this it took about 2.5 hours of editing work. So about 11 hours total just to do a 12 minute video. I’m sure there are folks faster than that but that’s about as fast as I can do it. Great question friend!

@@gurkaransahota9785 u use the whole deck from scalp wheel to scalp wheel u can do it on a push mower if u use the whole cutting deck while using your wheel right next to the last lone u laid. Its not to hard as long as u know how to do it.

Ben Wolf l feel the same way. I love cutting grass. May sound crazy to some. I cut friends and a few yards in my neighborhood but l still work a full time job. I wish l could cut full time.

@@GCITurf yeah.. they show up in the oddest places. I have a Craftsman rider with a home built 'striper' (2x4 with a floor mat screwed into it and hung off the hitch) and when i think i won't stripe at all i get the best stripes. Go figure!

You are so right on all points! I had the Ventrac rep come out and give me a demo. It reminded me of an upscale, professional Amway showing! I just couldn't get a price on it until he came out and demo'ed it to me. I'm going to do right by Ventrac and not spill the beans. I assure you it is worth every penny it costs! The Lord didn't quite see fit for me to get a Ventrac, but I sincerely give thanks to him for pointing me towards a DR Field and Brush mower. The Ventrac is certainly the Cadillac to sit on and run. Again, the Lord gave me two legs!! You don't need them on the Ventrac, but He certainly allows you to make use of them with the DR!!!! The 3 speed transmission definitely takes it easy on them! So if you are in need of conquering all of the terrain this gentleman put a whippin' on, BUT you are needing a stepping stone before truly being blessed with a Ventrac, I promise you one thing, you will thank God all the same that the DR Field and Brush is there for you!
