  • These 10 surprisingly easy tips have helped me wake up at 5am or wake up earlier in general. Waking up at 5am and being a morning person was never something I thought I could do, and now I don't mind waking up early in the morning at 5AM to workout and then go to work. Waking up at 5AM, 6AM, or even 8AM can all be done with these easy tips on how to wake up earlier! If you're wondering how to wake up at 5am, how to wake up earlier, or how to be a morning person -- I hope these tips help you!
    In terms of sleeping earlier, I would say just try waking up at 5AM no matter what time you sleep. Then...for sure...you will fall asleep earlier the next day! Hehehe.

      i have an alarm for 5:40 and another one for six. i tend to just sit in bed for a long time and not get up, so i set my alarm for 5:40 so i can lay in bed for 20 minutes and actually get up

    Wow these tips are extremely helpful and well thought out. That one about snoozing is SUCH a good point. I’ve literally seen myself make snoozing a habit in other areas of my life that I don’t want it in so that one really hit💯💯 Thank You SO MUCH!!!

    this video helped me so much! i really struggle getting up at 5am every morning since i’m only 13 years old and have to go down to my yard to take care of my horse before school and this video made me really motivated to get up! x
