Waking up at 5am and being a morning person was never something I thought I could do, and now I don't mind waking up early in the morning at 5AM to workout and then go to work. Waking up at 5AM, 6AM, or even 8AM can all be done with these easy tips on how to wake up earlier! If you're wondering how to wake up at 5am, how to wake up earlier, or how to be a morning person -- I hope these tips help you!
In terms of sleeping earlier, I would say just try waking up at 5AM no matter what time you sleep. Then...for sure...you will fall asleep earlier the next day! Hehehe.

i have an alarm for 5:40 and another one for six. i tend to just sit in bed for a long time and not get up, so i set my alarm for 5:40 so i can lay in bed for 20 minutes and actually get up

Can you do a “how to maintain relationships (friends and family)” especially considering you sleep at different hours compared to most of the world? I want to have a 5am routine but i worry relationships will fade

@@reemmohamed8847 I guess different timezones, but also going to bed different time to your partner could be difficult.
Or texting friends in the evenings if they get off work at 10, 11pm etc.
