I bought my first pairs of Salomon’s this year and they’re both XT-Slate.
What about the ACS PRO + OG? How would you say is the sizing on that model compared to these?
I own both and the main diffrence to me is that the Xt-6 is very slippery on wet flat surfaces like stone or marble. Grip on XT-$ is way better in such situation, do you agree?
I just bought my wife a pair of xt6 from a store in Harajuku whilst on holiday in Tokyo; wanted to pick up a pair of ACS for myself, but the suitcasees are already full; probably for the best..

Although I love the aesthetic I can't get myself to wear salomon anymore the outsole is just too hard on feet and imo not comfortable after a couple hours.. if you're used to NB or asics the difference is crazy
For sure it’s not the most comfy everyday shoe compared to those other brands
Are they really stiff and plastic-y? I had a pair maybe 6 years ago and they hurt my feet because of how stiff and unforgiving they were. I love how these look, especially those with the embre effect. But I'm so worried about the same thing happening again.
The uppers on them have mesh so I don't find them very stiff feeling
i found the acs pro to be quite narrow, even when i went up half a size it was still uncomfortable.

Not for everyday walking, it’s typicall outdoor shoes
for those who don’t know that this is an ad, i would warn you that if you using these to walk around urban environments the sole will degrade EXTREMELY quickly. my xt-6s did not last 12 months before the tread completely worn out. they became slippers
