In regard to the section on 'FLOW', as a competitive try-harder who has experimented with numerous ways to achieve this state, I believe it's all about concentration, being hyper-focused. I remember a day when I tried meditating before gaming and the outcome was simply unreal. Without any warm-up, my tracking was perfect, my awareness was elevated, and so on. This was possible because meditation allowed me to switch off my overthinking mode and metaphorically adding an extra 12GB of RAM to my brain because I shuted down all useless app runing in background. In the game, I wasn't thinking about my works, girlfriend, or the last game I lost. Instead, I was solely focused on the present, on the game happens right now and nothing else. So, the 'FLOW' state does exist, but it's essentially another term people use for the moment when you're able to perfectly balance your emotions and thoughts to perform optimally. This is excellent, just like your previous TEK TALK. However, I'm struggling to concentrate on your voice due to the background music an as a music producer, I wish I could mix your voice and layer it perfectly with the music to enhance the overall quality of your video, which your content undoubtedly deserves ahah Additionally, perhaps you could consider selecting ambient sounds, rather than the melodic-techno you've currently chosen. (yes this is here 08:04 you lost my concentration ahah) Once again, thank you for providing such high-quality content! Peace
Thanks for the feedback. Personally, I concentrate best with simple rain noises, rather than music - even when I'm practicing or studying. I didn't think about how that might impact people similarly. Appreciate it ^_^

I shouldnt because even if i saw the score and say omg i have 15 / 3 After that I will lose 100% accuracy and in the other hand if i dont say that i dont feel happy by winning but i win... Its so complicated
