Hi, I want to change the family visit visa into a personal visit visa.
I already obtained a family visit visa for my parents but in my passport, my mother's name is incomplete without her surname. So, the endorsement centre in India has rejected the visa stamping & asked to change the visa category to a personal visit visa. Any suggestions, please.
You can not change/ That family visit visa invitation letter will not make any difference unless it is accepted by VFS and MOFA number is generated.
Be aware that Personal visit visa has low acceptance rate.
Parsonal visit tourist visa 1 year ka avedan karte samay referance dalna jaruri hai kyu ki mere pass kisi ka reference nahi hai to kiya me apply nahi kar sakta kiya plz update

I had my husband’s name registered on my passport but he does not have my name on his.. The VFS Office asked me to present the Marriage Certificate attested by Saudi Embassy either.. I did not have either of the documents.. Had to return.. Now sent the Marriage Certificate for Saudi Consulate Attestation.. The agent is saying since the Marriage Certificate is already Apostilled it can’t be attested by Saudi Embassy.. And now I’ll have to generate a new Marriage Certificate

VFS Hyderabad.. Earlier they sent me back bcoz I didn’t have the Marriage Certificate attested.. I got the document attested somehow and took another appointment of VFS.. submitted the documents.. It’s done now

Appointment done on 8 Aug. in Mumbai, For my 1 year old baby and wife- Family visit visa. 14 Aug. courier received on given address.
No need attested birth certificate, Visa application letter or attested marriage certificate if one of wife or husbands name written in passport. Just take your passport, 2 photos, visa document, father Iqama, passport copy. That's It. your process will be done within max. 20 mins. that's our real experience. Do not waste your money after watching these videos.

Actually pehle same passport pe mai ek bar bula chuka hu , or as supporting documents me bache ka adhar or birth certificate hai jispe mera nam correct hai. Or avi maine court se ek affidavit v banwaya hai.

Fir v bole birth certificate, adhar or ek affidavit le jana ho jayega
what is proof of relationship for mother-in-law. Nowhere we can see information.
If Son is resident then in Son passport month name will be mention- That's the proof of relationship.
If Daughter in Law is resident then in her husband's passport Daughter in Law (Wife) name will be mention and in his (husband's) passport mother's will be mentioned.
So relation between resident and her husband is established and thereafter relation with mother in law is established
This is the only way to prove the relationship.

I am trying to collect cancellation forms from all vfs. Once available, I will share it with you.
In letter just mention the details of your previous visa and reason of cancellation as I explained in the video

Sir is medical mandatory for family visit visa if wife is pregnant.
Medical not required for visit visa. Depends on weeks of pregnancy you can obtain ok to fly certificate from Doctor.
Depends on airlines below 25weeks is acceptable

3. Marriage certificate was attested by embassy
4. Names of spouse was on both our passports

3. Names of parents should be matching exactly on child’s passport

Sir, I got the yellow slip after applying for family resident visa. I have also done my medical. But the problem is, it is generally said that after receiving the yellow slip , after 2 weeks only the visa got approved..so sir can I take the appointment to VFS before completing this 2 weeks?
