I am a call center virgin, and unfortunately I am in a mobility sales/ csr account, and its very hard for me to handle at&t billing since there are so many unfamiliar words for me, most specially when trying to explain charges and fees. Can you make a vlog discussing about billing statements for internet and tv, internet with next up etc and provide sample billing and call handling as well 😊 Thank you so much!

I just got hired yesterday by luck i guess. Got my JO during my 4th time applying for BPO. My training will start next week, I'm kinda' nervous right now because i think i'm one of the 30% of the newbies on our batch, everyone else seams already good other than me. Also damn that air conditioning on the site, my sweater didn't help at all keeping me warm ;[ haha.
Oh wow congrats!! 🙏 Dont worry too much about being a newbie. Everybody started as one. You will be trained so learn as much as you can. 😃 Yes, call centers are like a big freezer haha. The computers need the cold more than employees do. LOL 😂

Miss ninja can you answer my question. If another agent transferred a call to you and the customer has been verified already. And it says that he has a problem about his bill is it really important that you should build rapport or it's ok if you'll just do a small talk
I'd really just start my statement with empathy (or apology as needed). When the customer comes in with a problem, you wouldn't want to chitchat. Better to just focus on how to resolve the problem.
How do you treat a member of a healthcare program and the member thinks that you need to search the health plan and there not members yet or speak to you like your suppose to assist them and they expect it’s your job to help them . Please tell 😡

Hi Ms. Rhea! I am now in the Product Training and we will be having a Mock Call Exam and One-Live Call for the upcoming days. I'm really nervous :( How to overcome this feeling? What if I didn't make it? 😪
Well in my case, we are not allowed to bring anything inside the training room. Which also means that we’re unable to take notes, all we can do is to take note mentally. So every time I study, I just familiarize everything. And when I got called for a hot seat role play, I wasn’t able to resolve the issue... because my nervousness was overtaking me and I was having a hard time trying to remember and familiarize what we have just discussed. So I ended up “blanked out!”😂
