The scene where cyborg gives money to the homeless single mother was so heartfelt. The actress who played her tweeted asking if her scene was in the movie or not. The amount of love that was thrown at that tweet was amazing. Like why would they take it out of the orginal cut. It was nice to have more cyborg scenes because it didnt seem like we got enough

Ray fisher claimed it was racism that cut his and other minorities scenes. All of cyborgs backstory cut, Iris from flash’s backstory cut, Ryan Choi cut. It’s pretty suspicious on the scenes that were cut.

Victor's character in this cut is given so much more depth it's actually disrespectful that he was dumbed down to a 'Booyah' in the theatrical release.
I came here to say this! Victor was the heart of this movie, and rightly so, given his connection to the mother boxes. I cannot believe how much he was disrespected in Whedon's crappy version.
It pissed me off so much that he pretty much made Flash and Cyborg extras.
Makes you understand why the actor is so angry at WB and Whedon
I still kinda wish we got his Booyah, but maybe they could do that in a standalone movie were his arc is not as tragic
General Swanwick from MOS and BVS was Martian Manhunter the entire time.

That makes the scene where he's interrogating Clark in MoS so much better. The fact that Clark is like "You're scared of me because you can't control me, and you never will", and Manhunter is probably just thinking "Bitch, if only you knew."

Martian Manhunter is the same actor from Man of Steel and BvS
Same character in fact.
It's General Swanwick from Man Of Steel and BvS. He was the Martian Manhunter the whole time he was just hiding in plain sight as one of us humans. Now, he knows that Darkseid will be coming back to earth for the Anti-Life Equation, he going to come out of hiding and fight along side the rest of the League.

It’s probably due to the lantern corps show that’s being made for HBO Max. The scene was specifically filmed for the hbo release similar to the joker scene, so it wouldn’t have been the same WB execs that influenced the theatrical cut.

Cyborg helping that struggling single mother was one of the best highlights of the film. Very emotional and showed a lot of his character and heart.

I love them all but Fr Nahid is my favourite. Over the years he's one of the few who's such a fair critic and he and Rana always appreciate the quiet subtle character moments that the rest sometimes gloss over.

In the past Marketa has been really critical of Superhero movies, mainly when she'd have to watch a trailer of something coming out. Stuff like "MORE superheroes?! Oh come on." but here she is, watching a 4 hour Snyder cut of Justice League and nearly every reaction has her smiling, laughing at comedic moments, getting hyped and being moved by emotional moments. It's awesome.
She even defended some of the scenes, just goes to show even casuals can enjoy this film.....

What I always love of Rana is that she always focus on the story and the characters that are in front of her. She reacts to the movie she watches, without of any external bias. She just sits and connects. That’s why I love her reactions the most

I love Snyder's style. I adore Watchmen and BvS, and I adore this movie. I've watched 3x already. It doesn't feel like a long movie, time flew by.

I didn’t want it, I wasn’t interested, I didn’t care, I was sure I would hate it as much or more than the theatrical release. I was genuinely shocked by how good this movie was.
Same....same....they made the worst movie in the DCEU, the best. Shows the power of good vision and great editing.
Same. I’ve always been a Marvel fanboy. Besides The Dark Knight trilogy and Man of Steel, I never put much stuck in live action DC. I grew up on the cartoons, but I never thought this cut would have changed things as much as it did. It absolutely blew me away and gave me hope for DC again.

There's still bits of plot I don't like, but it's definitely a great movie.
I think this is how superhero movies should aspire to be. It had the perfect balance of gore/dark and hope/optimism in it. Cyborg's arc is probably the best I've seen in a single comic book movie in a long time. Most superhero media these days are either too corny (WW84) or too generic (Couple mcu movies like black widow recently). Snyder Cut was a welcome change

With the 4:3 aspect ratio Snyder is basically giving a master class in film making to all would be film makers. It was expertly executed and the end result is a masterpiece. Every shot is simply amazing. If you zoom into 16:9 and then zoom out to 4:3 you would understand why he picked this format.
Amazing film I wish more super hero movies in the future would use this format. It just makes the heroes look so much taller and larger than life. Snyder is a genius

Martian Manhunter aka General Swanwick, who appeared in Man of Steel and Batman v Superman. It makes a lot of sense if you look at that scene in MoS where Clark breaks out from the handcuffs and everyone steps back in fear except General Swanwick!
Who knows of the Snyderverse will continue, but I hope that studios watch this cut and give Ray Fischer the roles he deserves. Absolutely kills it in this cut.
This movie isn’t one to watch with friends cause you’ll most likely crack jokes and miss very very tiny parts that complete the entire experience. I think as a second watch it’s better with friends but definitely a fun and serious movie. I’m glad it’s out and everyone is enjoying it

That by default makes it the better option because it's not unnecessary nonconsenting contact that only benefited Barry. 44:09 yeah steppenwolf was barely a character in the theatrical version all he wanted was power. Here is where some people have pity since he just wants to go back home. Based on the backstory the reason he’s exiled is because he attempted to overthrow Darkseid by doing something with the mother boxes.

I had incredibly low expectations of this movie. I knew it definitely would be better than the original mishmash but nit by that much. But Holy shit this was actually amazing. If this had come out in 2017 I would have actually had hope for the DC cinematic universe.

The difficulty was that it needed to be this length, or close to it, and the studio in 2017 was insisting on a two hour run time. You can see that, even if Zack Snyder had remained in control, he would have been severely restricted, and the end product would probably still have fallen short of this. That fact that the project was handed off to someone else mid-stream only turned a disappointment into a disaster.

Martian Manhunter has been around since Man of Steel. I've heard theories that he doesn't get involved with anything because his species follows the Life Equation which is free will. He just observes.
Steppenwolf CGI in the Joss Weeden version was redone by Joss because he didn't like Zacks version. Rumor has it Joss reshot 50% of the movie, rewrote the script, cut all of the IMAX scenes, changed the color grading, and had the CGI completely redone. The Steppenwolf CGI in this is what Joss cut out of the theatrical cut. This is the most epic superhero movie ever!

Imagine a Zack Snyders Wonder Woman, with the Crimean War, and you can have her be in tombs and stuff on a quest in the plot.
I enjoyed this; but I did wanna correct you in thing. This is the OG Justice League. All the shots you see in this movie was originally shot and photographed for release back in 2016 or so. This was the story and movie we were supposed to get. And the inky scene additionally shot for this release was the last Knigtmare scene with joker and team.
The Synder Cut was definitely better than what we originally got in theaters, it’s a solid superhero movie 7/10👌🏾; maybe a 7.5/10.

Anthough the Amazons and Atlantians all KNEW where their respective boxes were, and constantly guarded them and respected their importance.
Humans, however... absolutely could NOT be trusted with the location or even knowledge of their Mother Box without starting like five World Wars every century.
It feels like not even the men who had it burried wanted to remember where to find it! And that makes a lot of sense.
