Yes, but you'll be able to add the email addresses for the subdomain only when you have the subdomain registered and have proper DNS access. You must add and verify the subdomain to create email addresses for the same.

i am using cloudflare and I have updated the nameserver on my hosting provider. so now do I need to add this dns/txt record on the Cloudflare DNS or on hosting provider
while using Cloudflare, you don't need to update the nameservers at your hosting provider. Instead, you can directly update/add/manage DNS recordswithin the Cloudflare dashboard.

*User Limit:* You can create up to five users only.
*Storage Limit* : Each user has a storage limit of 5GB, with a maximum attachment size of 25MB.
*Access* : You can only access Zoho Mail from the Zoho Mail website and the Zoho Mail mobile app.
*Email Client Configuration*: IMAP, POP, and Active Sync are not included in the free plan, meaning you can't configure Outlook or any other email client using IMAP/POP.
*Domain Hosting* : Email hosting is available for a single domain only; you can't add multiple domains or create alias emails.
