- Get a free custom domain business email - using your own domain name. With Zoho.com this is pretty easy! This is a great option if you are using a VPS like Cloudways, Vultr, Linode, Digital Ocean and don't want to pay extra for dedicated email boxes.

This was very informative, but if I have to delete Cloudflare's MX records, it'll only limit me to 5 emails in total free. Also 5GB/user means a total of 5GB which can be stored at once or total of 5GB is available? So if I delete older emails I can send more.
All things of zoho mail is quite good, how can we integrate zoho mail to cloud backup at interval of time.

Please give the limitation We have to face when using these services, like zoho doesn't allow IMAP, POP, Forword which are only "available exclusively with the paid plans"

Thanks for this! It annoys me that these companies don't have simple 'how to' videos on their site. They always link to pages of text that are totally overwhelming if you aren't used to doing it, but one decent video like this makes everything really simple.
Is "Using Zoho Mail" postfix always going to show up in From? 10:02. Is paid Zoho the same? Kind of a deal breaker for me.

What if you don't already have a domain name? How do you get that?
You start talking about using cloudflare , thing is I have no idea what that is. So I lost you at that point . I’m not using anything on that list , should I just click “others” ?
I used zoho mail to configure 3 domains with a 15/year unlimited domains plan....but can only access to one mail inbox. and i have 2 more domains with big emails to transfer. Do you know How I can do to access each inbox individually?
I setup a zoho account a while back and i'm considering a second account to handle a second inbox. One thing which bugged me with the first zoho account is it automatically setup inbox folders like “notifications” with a filter to automatically place some emails into it. For me this just means i miss emails because there were never in my main inbox. Is this still default behaviour now when setting up a zoho account? Any way to avoid all that? Hi, you can just disable the 'notification' or 'newsletter' tags.

No it works fine for sending - that limit just means you’re limited to using zoho web client, you couldn’t link it up to something like outlook or other 3rd party clients

Do you still need an smtp plugin to start using zoho for basic transactional emails in woo commerce?
I saw Zoho has a plugin which could do this (but I haven't tested): wordpress.org/plugins/zoho-mail/
Though I like to use sendinblue & WP mail SMPT plugin when I need a free option for WordPress transactional emails - I show this in my Cloudways tutorial video, but it would work wherever you are hosted.

You mean for Wordpress notifications? You’ll need an smtp service - zohos isn’t free but sendinblue is and I’ve done a video for that - Mailjet is another free option

I am having an administrative mail sending issues from wordpress backend, it cannot send e-mail messages to wordpress users, for example sending confirmation and reset password e-mails. I am a digital ocean user before and this wasn't an issue until I switch to Oracle Free TIer cloud. I hope there is still a workaround for this problem. But I would try sendinblue again, it was our email relay service in one of our wordpress sites.

Zoho makes decent products for they money you pay (or not pay), but let's face it: the UI is horrible, the aps are buggy, the emails end quite often in spam even if you do everything right, the support is bad (there's tones of reviews on that). But that's what you get for the lower price I guess. All their aps seem slightly unpolished.

This is useless if you want to have imap service. Maybe when you did this it was free but you can not enable IMAP for the domain. Sure wish you said that at the beginning of the video instead of doing an entire video on web mail. which you can do with GMAIL so great job and thanks for wasting my time

Hey, I recently moved over from Bluehost (who handeled my email, domain, and hosting). Now I moved my email to zoho, however, in order to do so, I deleted all the emails from bluehost to make things as simple as possible and continued with your setup process.
Problem being, when I created a new email with Zoho under the same name (support@...), the emails from wordpress are not coming through anymore although it is the same email name. What should I do?
Where did you move to? Use their smtp server or if they don’t have one use sendinblue or mailjet
